The 1000 series New Flyer D60HFs saw their end in 2011/early 2012 due to the arrival of the NovaBus LFS Articulated order. These were the first set of artics NYMTA ever had and they, in my opinion, were some of the best artics we've ever had.

The D60-HF were the best in the series of Newflyer D60-HF's. I think the 5200's will be next in line to be retired.

Devon swaby- That's not the same 1020. That was a 5000 renumbered to 1020.
