  • In this week’s episode, counselor Margaret McGahon continues to unpack the process of coping with grief. She first reassures us that grieving is part of the human experience and that we should recognize its value in our lives. She offers a practical guide to tend to the physical symptoms of grief. “For a lot of people, it’s a tightness or a heavy feeling in the chest,“ McGahon says. “Just putting a hand on your chest lets your body know that you are registering the grief. It’s important that the body registers these symptoms.”
