Even after all this time the injustice still brings a tear to my eye. May Fred the Cosmic Chicken strike down this devil lady who harmed such a pure soul.
Something I hadn't even considered until now is that, to The Don, the Kree suit probably just looked like a racing jacket for bikes. This perfect specimen thought he'd be able to connect with her through a common interest by sharing a ride on his motorcycle.
let´s not forget she can fly, so she doesn´t even need it. Also she has amnesia, so how does she know how to use it? Not just her action makes no sense, her motivation does as well.
You see, the Don went to the war bright eyed and came out cold and cynical, he then met his wife Becky who brought him joy and happiness, as she volunteered at an orphanage he saw that some of the orphans were escaped vietnamese from the war, feeling guilt he decided to help her and protect all orphans even after his wife died.
Don helps Walker deal with the death of his friend, who was murdered by terrorists, while Walker gives The Don company on his drive across the country to get to a charity he promised to be at. Probably call it Don Walking. Or Don Walker. Or Donning the Shield.

Abusive superheroes can be cool though. That's just Homelander from The Boys. A show that has had way more long lasting success than anything coming out of marvel in the last 5 years.
