Update: check out this page - www.albarji.inf... - if you're interested in the full version. Thanks goes to FMFelipe! :) UPDATE2: DL link: rapidshare.com/...
UPDATE 3: A message from LEGION3592:
"While it does appear the original title is now abandonware, Dallas has his own site, and from a conversation I had with him via Email (which you can find within the games readme/files) + the note on his site, He is re-releasing/updating this game among other works of his. Check his site out

Some may remember this shooter game from '98. I kinda liked it, especially this track (I've only played the shareware version, and this was played during the first mission). Since I couldn't find any other version on YT I've decided to rip the music from the game, and share. Enjoy!
Thanks for link me! I really apreciate it.
The music of Zulu Assault is great, and it was composed by the same person who programes all in the game. A multi-talented man called Dallas Nutsch.
So many memories, i never got the full game, bit played the demo on a disc over and over again. Its a good game
Me too was it on a disc called 100 games??
@@HMSvince77 yes that’s exactly what it was on, globalstar software, 100 great games for windows 98 I think
yep 100 games Collection eGames@@HMSvince77
@@HMSvince77 Yeah! I think there was a strategy game called Seven kingdoms on it too and a dungeon crawler that was also a lot of fun.
I just remembered this theme and thought to look it up. Man this brings back memories. Thanks for uploading it.
Now I just need that song that plays on the first heli mission, it's been stuck in my head all day
that high
''dadadadaadadadaddadadaddaaaa'' @:0:48 simulates machine guns i think
@bmaccas04 I remember playing this game on my old computer and thinking this is the best game iv played when i was younger! countless hours of fun!
@Felipe Sandoval there is a game collection on CD Rom called Galaxy of Games-Family Edition or something to that extent. it's included on there. (full version)
To this day I still have the old CD a friend from my village game me with a big selection of these old flash games.. On this CD I have found Zulu Assault along with many other gems and it stayed in my heart forever :D
I had the same thing but I forget what it was called. I saw on the CD, I played games like spooky castle, drone (I think), and this one game you're an egg, killing chickens or something and if you went onto those glowing red X's, you die
@@JustB24.7 spooky castle! PANTSSSS of Power!

I can just hear those goddamn bomber planes now
ptsd much? lol just kidding

I used to play this game with my cousin, where he'd do all the movement and I'd do the shooting. Good times.
GOT IT! For those of you who want to play the game in the newer Windows versions (I'm on 10), download a program called DxWnd. Open it with Admin privilegies -> Edit -> Add -> In Name put whatever you like and in Path, choose the .EXE that launches the game -> hit OK. There will appear a green circle tagged with the Name tou chose. Double click and it opens the game in a small window (original resolution), which is then playable! YES! :D
Wow, thanks!
haha don't thank me. In the video "No game left behind Zulu Assault" the user Andrew Kfa explained it 7 months ago hehe happy gaming for us all! :D
Oh, well it just says file not found when I try it. This is one of the best games I've ever played and it's got a brilliant soundtrack. Thank you for uploading.
i love the little tetetetetetetetetetetete @0:45 sounds like machine guns!
I loved this game growing up. Gonna have to go back and play it
I love this game. Did you have it on an eGames CD?
@@joshzippo8896 yea I did. And I still do. But it was made for windows 98 and 99 so I can't play it on my laptop :(
@@michaelfinck92 What about with commonality mode?
@@joshzippo8896 I've never heard of that, how do I check?
@@michaelfinck92 You’re a groyper too? Let’s be besties.
this music is awesome! I remember this game-demo I got from pc gamer back in the 90s ^.^
I remember playing this game when I was 5 years old. Fat chance they'll make a movie off this game but if they do they gotta use this main theme.
@DJRevan I used to do that a lot too. That napalm thrower ROCKS ASS! And the shell is overwhelming against turrets if you've got a dead aim.
Guys any recent games like this? Top to bottom multi-vehicle high adrenaline shooters?
Running with rifles
Seems almost every copy of this around has vanished again. I've still got a copy of it. It used to suffer from choppiness on the main menu on modern systems, seems that's no longer an issue but instead it now runs at like 2 FPS during missions. I've not looked into a solution for it yet.
Unsure if it's legal to upload my copy, but I've got backups of the .rar for the full version anyway, so I can at least ensure it doesn't cease to exist again.
I don't have fps problems, got the download on some forum, but I run it on Windows 7 64-bit without issues aside from inverse colors first time I access pause menu on that try of a level, maybe couple of other instances.
Yo can i secretly get a copy?
@@ssilviu250 You might be in luck. It's currently available and easy to download on the website 'myabandonware'. Additionally, that same website links off to a github repository where someone (I assume the uploader) is attempting to recreate the game for modern systems.
@SecretEmoNinja I did it on my old PC with Acoustica Mixcraft (v. 1.x) during gameplay (siply hit ESC to go to the menu). So the two ran simultaneously. However, since Mixcraft's audio recording doesn't seem to work on my laptop (or any other as I figured it out) its better to use the free and very useful 'Freecorder' for the purpose. It's a firefox plugin/tool bar with many jummy functions. :D Hope that helped! :)
This game was so awesome. D:
So many memories…
@DJRevan youre AWESOME!!!
@SuperRaymon777 Wow, thanks for the tip. I will add it in the review.
damn awesome game i have the trail version cant find the full version :(
@zyriuz2 I won't :) There's a link in the description to FMFelipe's page, where you can find the game (at the bottom) Have fun!
Hmm... Zerofuse's theme from Sonic Syythe World?
I really thought I'd find someone else talking about this, but apparently I'm the only one who knew this theme from that Newgrounds movie. Now I feel bad about it and I don't even know why.
checked it, I hear no resemblance.
I see, I don't know which chapter you saw or what appeared first but I swear that's the theme. Appears at a certain point in chapter 2
Wow what a good song
@AncientAndMysterious @SecretEmoNinja I did it on my old PC with Acoustica Mixcraft (v. 1.x) during gameplay (siply hit ESC to go to the menu). So the two ran simultaneously. @DJRevan thanks bro
i would be great if u post the music link you description. Thank you. Good old memories and i still remember the music so i came seeking for this video.
@laserpandas I prefer the fighter though. Speeding it up to max speed and raining down homing missiles on all the units of the map (though those AA batteries hurt if you pass around them wrongly) is one of the most unilateral pleasures i have ever had on a game.
@ZUBSCORPION25 I don't know the names of the tracks, they were made especially for this game, by the creator (Dallas Nutsch).
Is possible to find a full version of Zulu Assault?
I only have a shareware and I'm interested in getting the full version, but the developer doesn't exist anymore.
(Sorry for my poor english)
@17aKaT You can find it on FMFelipe's page - Link is in the description. Have fun! :)
has somebody a working link for me?
I used to play the shareware version over and over again back in the days... so many memories
@DJRevan, I am trying to find this game, on google, but I cannot seem to find it. This was an amazing game. I remember playing it a while ago, and the music's just great. I've tried the link in your description, but it's not working. I'd really like to download and play this game again, because it's the best!
I like zulu assolt
@meetajhu Done - Link is in the description :)
@DJRevan You might never see this, but that old link in the description is no longer functional. A current copy can be found on the website 'myabandonware'
Additionally, that same site links to a github repository where someone is attempting to remake the game for modern systems. Might be worth adding these to the description if you're still around. ^^
@SuperRaymon777 Comfirmed (Y) But how did you figured it out? :)
It works for me...
where can I get this game?, don't tell me to google it cuz I've already tried that. -.-
How did you rip the music?
For anyone still interested, I've found a full version of the game here:

Hey do you still got it ?
@bmaccas04 Yes me too !!
reminds me of Operation wolf with a remix twist
could someone inform a valid download link for this game?

Thank you, sir. Lets check this out
Just an issue: some kind of problem makes it run in super slow in windows 10. How did you handle this?
Try compatibility mode., maybe that'll fix it.
For me it's not working. I even tried Windows XP and 98 Virtual Machines but they can't even open the game :( damn i have the game right here and can't play it
Anyone want this game? The full version of it?
