  • Jambalaya is a staple of Louisiana cooking! And did you know that there are two kinds? Yep, there is a Cajun Jambalaya and a Creole Jambalaya. In this video, I will show you how to make the Creole version and explain the difference between the two.

    Just a point of clarification - mire poix has onion, celery, and carrots. Trinity uses bell pepper instead of carrots, so they technically are different. 😉
