Foxtail Millet & Proso Millet are yellow in colour. But when we see the shape & size Proso Millet is littel oval and bigger size than Foxtail Millet. Most probably it may be Foxtail Millet. To confirm it 100 percent you can send me the photo in my facebook messenger. You can surely grow millets.

These varities have been cultivated in Andhra Pradesh from the past 100 years n they have been cultivating of late organically, with excellent results in terms of production n quality aswell.
