The last story reminds me of something that happened to my brother. On the back side of his property was a lake that was constructed by the former owner of the neighboring property many years before my brother received his land. The lake was right on the boundary and actually came about 20 feet across the property line. This was actually written into the survey of my brother's land. The neighboring land was sold to some people who wanted to use it as a nudist community and when they started clearing the land for construction, my brother went to see what they were doing. They were encroaching about 100 feet into his land. When he asked what they were doing on his property, he was escorted off at gunpoint. It turned out that the realtor had illegally made boundary marks to include the whole lake in the property. The lawsuit ended up costing the realtor a very nice price for selling 10 acres of land that didn't belong to the property he sold.

I feel compelled to comment on the last story in this video. I worked in a legal office practice as legal support staff for more than 45 years. One of the first things I learned is that if you are buying real property, you get a survey that must be completed PRIOR to completing or closing the transaction. In other words, if the seller doesn't own the property free from any encroachments or encumbrances, that problem must be cleared BEFORE the transaction closes and money changes hands. I cannot say what the holding would be in other states, but I live in Florida, and I would NEVER purchase any real property without a satisfactory survey. While it is true that the purchaser of the property might have to pay for the survey, but if there is an encroachment such as the block wall in the last story on this video, the buyer is well aware of it BEFORE money changes hands. I don't care what kind of property it might be, whether it's residential property, or farm land or whatever, it doesn't matter. A seller can represent a parcel of land as being 40 acres, but an accurate survey might reveal it's only 35 acres, or even less. It's better to be safe than sorry any day of the week!

With the crystal Karen, what he should have done is told her to get her hand off him before he broke it. And if she refused grab her little finger and bend it backwards. Amazing how well this works.

I went into the Army the same way but was the opposite upon my discharge. I'm generally a quiet person and some people have mistaken that for weakness until they find they ticked me off.
During my last few months active duty I had to deal with a couple of clowns who thought I was pushover due to my size. The second one I put on the deck kind of hard and I didn't strike him. I was carrying something to the Top Sergeant and he slapped me in my back as I walked by. I dealt with him on my way out as he called himself apologizing and offered his hand. I took it and to his and his buddies surprise he had to pick himself up from the floor. Never had another issue with them. I was assigned to a training company and these were sick call derelicts that acted as runners for the First/Top Sergeant.

Me: [In a tone of voice that would terrify the Terminator] You have 5 seconds to get your booger hook off me before I break it.
    Karen: [Typical Karenaesque Bullshit]...
Me: [Counting quietly] 5...4...3...2...1...[Grab Karen's wrist and squeezes as hard as I possibly can] (My arms may not be all that strong, but I've always had a truly freakishly strong grip)...
Karen: [Screams in agony due to the bones of her arm/wrist grinding together]...

Last one the lovely thing is that any future land issues from the HOA are likely to result in them losing, as they already have it on record that they skirt the local regulations, so it likely the building inspectors will be doing a 3 monthly drive through, looking for any non permitted work from the HOA, and fining them heavily as well for each one. Plus no leeway in anything at all, strictly to the book ,and wait for inspection, all done right at the edge of the legislated time frames.

Yeah might sound like bs that op is not permitted to work during training hours but I'm guessing they work for a business to business company and the training time is paid by the other company. So they pay for 100 employees for 30 minutes so you have to show that was the time people trained.
So yup better to have extra breaks rather than work.

Most companies that have mandated training like that are required to have the employee spend a set amount of time to do the training. So that the records show employee Y has spent 200 hours on training this year. Sometimes it's an industry mandated thing, others it's just for the company time management numbers. So if one employee is doing it too fast it makes the other employees look like they're goofing off. And the times allowed for the training get shortened.

Crystal story: Agreed! She had absolutely no need or right to have grabbed on to OP. What happened afterwards was all on Karen.
HOA story: Other than their refusal to get involved, I'm not really sure what part the HOA played in this or if they actually had any responsibility. But the neighbor sure screwed up.

    Ok story#2 is extremely sus.
    Black people dont do that.
Usually we are on the receiving end of Karen/Kevin/chad type of behavior.
The sistas can wild out at times and no one would ever confuse a sista being a sista with Karen stuff.
    Not even close.
I enjoy these stories but there have been a few that sounded sus.
The sistas will act a fool, cuss you out and/or lays hands on someone for a number of things many of which one would say is foolish. but they not doing any of these things cause they thought that someone was an employee when they were not.
We dont do that sort of thing.
Im reality we are very much aware of the need to follow the rules and otherwise be law abiding cause we dont get any slack or breaks from everyone else when things go down.
Thats why we are always recording with the camera and even with proof karen/kevin and those of their group still often get off with a slap on the wrist if a black person is involved. They only get into something that looks like trouble when they pull that crap with someone who is of their own group who may or may not let it slide(usually not from many observations)😡

Dude you’re racist. Anyone can be a Karen and I kid you not there are plenty of black Karen and you can easily spot them since they go to the race card all the time when they don’t get their way.

    • @user-de2wv8ri8n
      @user-de2wv8ri8n 7 месяцев назад

Again I will point out it’s racism to assume that black people cannot be a Karen.

    • @neocapricornman614
      @neocapricornman614 7 месяцев назад

@donotneed2250 I've been coast to coast and also been to a few other countries actually. Places that i have been: Holy Loch Scotland, Edinburg, Puerto Rico, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Dubai, Je Bali, and Australia.
      Some more than others.
And I said what I said.
Black people(us) don't normally go out and cause the drama that stems from mistaking an customer for an employee.
If you actually read what I said i never stated that we dont do stuff cause that would obviously be false. Certain types of idiotic behavior tends to falls within certain groups(nations) than others. And we dont go around provoking the dominant society in general cause we rarely if ever get a break or the benefit of the doubt.
Perhaps you should reconsider before responding one who life experiences differ from your own.
One will always find outliers(special case variations) call it what you will within any set.
Doesn't change the fact that we dont typically engage in Karen/Kevin behavior.
Part of what makes Karen/Kevin behavior a thing is the basis for it in the 1st place.
Which is rooted in "entitlement "
That is the underlying basis of this in the 1st place.
To have that one usually has to have some sort of Power and or the ability to affect/control stuff.(society, education, finance, access, etc)
Historically this is something that black people have never had in America.
So we really dont have the tendency or inkling to be Karen or Kevin.
Karen and Kevin types have power and/or have be groomed and told that they do.
In America that tends to fall within the dominant society and is still taught to this very day hence why Karen's are a problem. They always have been a problem but its more obvious due to the ease of which we can communicate and share information.
