- I don't know what happened this patch, but something must have been messed up. It doesn't happen all the time, but I got A LOT of reports, so has to be common enough.
This has supposedly been HOTFIXED - so it should be okay now.

like i know ure joking but i wouldnt even be mad if i pay my entire lifetime mortgage for a skin and the game works properly, instead shitty bugs like this happen all the time. They putting resources into shits no one ask for like the mastery system (looks souless af now), or the rank border, or the fucking in game font(?), or the name change system, or how everything in the game looks like a fucking mobile game now (i genuinely do not understand whom these changes are catering to). All that and the client is still laggy half the fucking time
@@AnNguyen-rb6jr they have a budget. And a budget, if not spent, is cut.
So they pay artists. Because it's easy and fast in comparison to paying a proper dev team to properly code league.
And these artists do two things. Things that will please the biggest payers and things that resemble what they know.
And so, they turn league into genshin.
At least that's how I explain it, with basic knowledge of the game making world.
edit : also, the half-a-grand-skin was probably never intended for anyone but the biggest whales out there. Saying it's toxic, dumb, greedy... would be ignoring the fact league has never made you pay for anything related to gameplay. And most probably never will.
@@AnNguyen-rb6jr i agree with you, but then again i also quit instead of doing the typical league players thing where everyone bitches but then does absolutely nothing, so why should rito give a shit, from their standpoint its pretty easy, complaining doesnt rly effect them...like a dealer of ya favorite drug, even if its too overpriced and shit quality, a crackhead is a crackhead so complain as they might, they will still come back for that sweet sweet LP and lux skins so where is incentive to re-code the game? they tested the waters with 200 skin saying "hurr durr is only for whales" measured a bit of backlash, waited for ppl to complain and let it go, then released a 500 skin, now they wait for ppl to complain and let go, rinse n repeat coz why not

It was his own tower, naut is the same color as the tower he is under. Enemy team dove 3v2 to kill adc and supp or just the supp and fucked up the dive

Hemomancers helm (prismatic lifesteal item) also makes you invicible on Arena. You get teleported around and dont take dmg.

Riot prolly changed their potato code of reviving to implement some new mechanic that no one asked for or a new champion that no one will care about
Next champ - "R - when used, spawns a copy of each champion that has died in the game so far with the items, levels and stats they were when they died."
yea literally. like every time this happens they release some rework or champion that does some jank shit to do with the game-shattering bug seen 6-12 months prior. old fucked ass game engine needs to be put to rest.

Its prolly just Vanguard. Which Im not installing until they fix the streakbased matchmaking and convert the story mode ranked experience into an actual rank-dictated, climable ladder
@@pinnacleexpress420 out of everything bad about vanguard, that's probably one thing we can't blame on it. Vanguard is on the client and this is a gameplay/logic bug on the server

I have a similar recording of something like this happening in Arena on the same patch. A team killed the final enemy Olaf which SHOULD have secured them the round and knocked out olafs team. But the round kept going. After about 30 seconds. Olaf admitted that he was constantly dying and respawning. But he couldnt see his character. We also couldn't see him on spectator. When the circle closed in. Olaf won the round stayed in and eliminated the team that had originally won the round.

I was playing Arena today
My teammate revived me and my map went to full fog of war mode. I could not move my camera, see my character, press my skills or do anything. I just saw my health bar go down and I died.
I got this bug too while playing with Zilean

Infernal map cinders going out of kha when GA is procing is perfect explain of theory they were dying instantly and and then code couldnt run properly couse champion was dead and reviving at same time. Still in fact issuie is reviving sources stopped protecting from death

This happened to me in Arena as well. IIRC, it was caused by my ally Mordekaiser ult’ing an opponent. After leaving Brazil, the opponent was basically in Stasis, so we couldn’t do anything to each other and he won after the fire burned me.
this happened to solarbacca before the patch hit live servers and it's in a youtube video. and riot didn't look into it. cool.
Because game devs are just expected to watch every Creator's video and figure out what bugs to record and/or if something needs adjusting? They have a report system for a reason.
Not saying that Riot is a star player when it comes to responding to feedback of late, but just saying that just because someone posted a video about some mechanic does not mean that the game devs have to watch it or else.
Just like with any software issues, it's *ALWAYS* better to file a report through the *official* means. if you're just assuming that "someone should see this and do something", then that's on you. You knew the right thing to do and you didn't do it.

LOL they will NEVER remove revive. They tried that with original Yorick. now they have many revive mechanics (just look at Akshan).

the first bug happened to my duo in ranked and when we were almost ready to kill the nexus and it lost us the game
Small indie company. Thwy don't have enough money to pay people to fix these bugs so be sure to support thwm by buying the 500 dolar ahri skin so they can afford to keep the game balanced!
well as a programmer looking at this, what i think is happening is, when he "dies", the death timer starts running despite the fact he didnt die or the death wasnt registered, and is running despite not being shown on the ui, because the ui is still set to Visible(false). At the same time, the champion should not have the ability to move, and the players corpse position is updated every few frames. Obviously since a champ that is dead shouldnt move, the position the server knows is stuck in 1 place, which is done for body VFX on the ground, its dissapearing, and respawning. But sicne the player can move, the body that is not supposed to move still moves, and every time the update happens its snapped back to its position that its stuck in. Equally, as you can see, the champions cannot be harmed, because while the VFX does not update, just as the hidden internal death timer is running, those players are indeed dead, the game simply processed what you see on the screen wrong.
It was in arena, where my teammate Mordekaiser has killed by zone and Olaf didn't die. But we won that battle

If you want I can share some bugs with Yorick, I am not sure how but when I released my ult at a certain distance about the distance of summoning ghouls, before it was to be killed, the ultimate timer reset , also today when I summoned the ult the timer started the animation of the ult started I got kiled in about 0.5 sec the ult status was down but I could summon it again.

Happened while me and my friend when we played arena earlier today. There was no reviving involved but Olaf didnt die so they could get free win
Given the thumbnail I thought this was something about Zac being stuck inside Mordekaiser ult if he died there with a Zilean ult on him.
That would've been much better.
Had this happen in arena also, the player who got bugged would stay in the map where you buy items and would never get transported to the combat arenas wich resulted in the bugged player always winning because his opponents would die to the flame circle.

Every now and then, y'know, i have thought about how league has changed over the years... But a little bit after I getting these Vandiril guy videos, and then second thought hits me, like: naah, it's still same old shit all over again, nothing has changed 😁
It also happens with LeBlanc's clone, it lives with 0 hp and it doesn't disappear, but you cannot move it! (I just played LB in aram and it happened to me hehe)

I assume the unit states are being reset incorrectly? From what you can see, the game engine DOES consider the character dead, even if the character is, in fact, alive. It's why after the respawn timer ticks out, the character is spawned at fountain like nothing happened.
Though, it is odd that the basis, the functional core of the game is breaking in such fashion

happened to me on vlad, no ressurection items or spells. After I reseted the Client, my champ teleported back to the base without a scratch.
Also, sort by mastery in champ select has been broken

I've had this happen to me. Enemy team had Zilean and Corki. Zilean revived him. And he couldn't move, and we couldn't attack him.

Can you test if this revive bug + summoner spell works? Specifically teleport or flash into a turret to see if a death/targability from an NPC registers?
This actualy is gamebreaking with olaf in arena, like at 0:24 where he should die:
There are 3 scenario's, the first two appear when you have hemomancer's helm as Olaf, and don't meet the threshold with the items, you will inevitably proc it when getting low, due to the passive when being low.
First scenario, when olaf should die, he instead turns into an untargetable state with some health, and tp's back to the position he died in with every movement command (and cannot damage, take damage, or use spells or aa)
Second scenario, when olaf would die, he TP's to what i will refer as the 'Shadow Realm', off the map as when you get revived inside of a wall, and you cannot see (perma fog of war), but you then die by the zone and lose the round.
Third scenario, when olaf dies and he has the threshold met with his item (without needing passive) he goes to the Shadow realm aswell, but this time doesn't die from the zone (or maybe keeps respawning?) thus winning the round.
So we have the king of bugs?
Can't never argue with that.
This happened to me as zilean player in ranked game i ulted my adc and flash myself out we survived from 4 person gank this way and eventually get the match for not giving shutdown
Hmmm I wonder if the revive goes off, but the game gets confused and thinks you're at fountain. yet locks your animations at your revive. resulting in the buggy movement as it tries to figure out where to display your coords. Or something along those lines. lol

THIS happened to me in a ranked game with an enemy Viego's GA
It has happened to me twice (I only play Arena) that the game looks as if it had 15 fps, marking that I have 60 fps (it is not my PC)
Reworks Morde to fix his bugs, creates 100 new ones.
How? Why? I neverunderstand how all these things which have been in the game for years can suddenly break on a seemingly random patch

I saw this earlier in Arena, Olaf legit "dies" and then teleports some weird place winning the round since he doesn't take fire damage.
You did not hear it from me howeveeer if Kog'Maw dies in Mordekaiser ult Mordekaiser gets gold for the kill however it doesn't register on the scoreboard soooooo if you want to wintrade without riot autodetecting you pick Kog'Maw and Mordekaiser
