Truth is truth. However, for many people their truth is what they percieve to be true. That's why "good" advertisers often get people to buy what they don't really need. I think the best brands are those whose customers percieve them to be exactly who they are because they advertised truth. Not a perception of themselves that wasn't authentically true just to increase sales.
This is one of the best vlogs I have seen ....did you notice how minalistic his room was tells me one thing. His mind is not cluttered with stupid thoughts........thank you again

haha, sounds like he worked at ibuy eco. I never claimed from them, but they sounded so pretentious on the phone. like they were doing a bad Felicity Kendall impression.
Don't get mad at the guy. Even though I was disturbed by the image, too, I thought he might have a hand injury. I assume it could be a kind of paralysis etc. because it didn't move at all during the video. May God forbid!
I believe he's saying is... when you choose a strong promise (his definition of brand) and you communicate that promise in such a way that people believe it to be true, they will pay much more for that product or service than a competitors nearly identical product or service. That's the power a brand can bring to a product, service or organization. Some companies, such as Nike, invest big money in winning athletes who align with their promise (read brand) because Nike knows the ROI on that investment will often be a very positive one.
