Hi Mal Another great video. Can I take this opportunity to thank you for getting out there in all weathers that the lakes like to throw at the intrepid walker and making your videos. Your walks, videos / drone footage and photography are inspiring for those who live a long way from Cumbria and long to revisit. Happy New Year and looking forward to your videos in 2024.
Hello again, Adrian. Many thanks for your kind words, really glad that you like my videos, and that you take the time to comment. Make no mistake, I'll be back in 2024. Happy New Year to you, let's all make it a good one.
Beautiful footage as always Mal. Aerial footage is phenomenal - really accentuates the beauty of this route. A real lung buster too. Thanks as always for sharing 😊👌🏻
Hi, Craig. Thanks for looking. This is in my top 10 best walks in the Lakes. It certainly is a lung buster, especially for an old git like me. Glad I took the drone, it's such a dramatic landscape. Take care.
Really enjoyed that film, not a place I’ve visited yet, but will definitely head up there in the spring (maybe for a wild camp). We were at Tarn How’s on Boxing Day (we hiked 10 miles of the Cumbria way that ran through there) bit of a trip down memory lane for us. 😊
Many thanks for watching. The Cumbria way is something I'll have a go at one of these days, or at least some of it. Tarn Hows is always worth a visit, but I don't get the very often. Hope you had a good Christmas break. Take care, see you in the new year.
Thanks for watching, Dom. Yes, watching the forecast closely, this was the only decent day this week, so it had to be done. Really love this walk. Have we done it before?
Thanks for watching. I've never desended Rough Crag, but I don't think it would be too difficult. It's a really great route up to High Street, and one of the best in the Lakes. Go for it, you'll love it. Take care.
@@malgreenley-lakedistrictvi5230 cheers for the info, aye I think we will hopefully this coming weekend. Got a few Wainwrights to get around there but we love Haweswater
Immersive video, thank you☺️🏞️👍
Thanks for watching. This is a great walk.
Hi Mal, All the best for 2024 - keep up the good work, great vid as always
Hi, Tony! Thanks for watching again. Yes, I hope your 2024 is a good one. Take care and I just might bump jnto you again on the fells. Cheers!

Good one! Heading up there next week, hoping the weather will be "kind"!
Hiya, Lee. Thanks for watching. It's a great walk, one of my favourites. You'll love it. Cheers!

Looks like you caught a good weather window and as per usual some awesome stills at the end!!

I think we may have been going to do that but someone forgot their waterproof troosers! ;)@@malgreenley-lakedistrictvi5230
Doh! Just realised the tarn I walk by on the descent is called Small Water.
Is rough crag okay on the descent? Thinking of going the opposite way of this video and getting Harter Fell first. Good video anyway man!
