@@rsthtrhj1238 you just have to eat less than normal. Also set a spesfic time for eating and don't skip meals. Drink garlic tea with lemon twice a day. Also make shure you drink 2-3 litres of water. Don't eat dinner after 6:00. Make a 4-6 hours of gap between your brakefast and lunch. Use healthy snacks like nuts. Don't forget to work out daily,be continus. If you wanna stop, ask your self why you started this. GOOD LUCK😘😘🤞🤞

When I used to do any routine workout of other fitness influencers at starting of lockdown, honestly I can't continue them more than 3 days then feel guilty that I can't do anything and start after 2-3 weeks again but then also can't this cycle used to repeat and repeat. But when I used to start on your workout I can complete them. As in the month of Ramadan due to fasting I can't do 30-35 minutes workout routine of yours but I follow your 2 video of 10 min kpop idol routine + 5 min standing ab routine. I'm able to do it consistently from couple of week and now I found that my clothes get loosened. I'm so happy with that because I never being this consistent before. Thanks a lot. I'm starting to do this exercise to lose fat, double-chin and get a better jawline WEEK 1: Day 1: ✅- It feels like my face has been a little bit lifted. I think there is not much difference so far but I'm excited for tomorrow (I only did this once today) Day 2: ✅- Today I noticed that my jawline looks sharper (just a little bit) and when I look down there is less double chin. I think my cheeks don't have much difference but I'll update you guys tomorrow! Day 3:✅- I'm seeing that my cheeks are becoming slightly slimmer :) Day 4:✅- Wow my jawline looks a little bit sharper than before, and starting to have less double chin!! Day 5: ✅- Okay seeing lots of progress in my jawline and seeing I have way lesser double chin fat. My chubby cheeks are a little bit stubborn but it's slimming down slowly. Day 6:✅- First or all, sorry for not keeping you all updated. I was very busy these last 2 days, but I restarted again today and I think over the 2 days it setted more. So I lost lots of double chin and my jawline is very sharp now. Chubby cheeks are slimming down. I also started a healthy diet (No snacking, and only snacking fruits and nuts). I hope that helps. It works well! Of course, I dont have a perfect face after 1 day, but its surprising how much slimmer the face got. I guess we get bulky muscles from clenching our jaws, and this video helps. Really hope I can manage to get full V-line!

I’ve been doing this for a bit and it really works! I just got braces and they’ve been hurting a lot so I was nervous to do this bc I thought the lip pulls would hurt but this actually kind of felt relaxing with my braces so if you just got braces this is a really good option that won’t hurt :)

I’ve been doing this for a bit and it really works! I just got braces and they’ve been hurting a lot so I was nervous to do this bc I thought the lip pulls would hurt but this actually kind of felt relaxing with my braces so if you just got braces this is a really good option that won’t hurt :)
