- Remy and I head back out on the road. After some downtime back home due to some personal issues, we were able to re-plan and rearrange our schedule to get back on the Road to Denali. Our drive routed us the most efficient way, but the not most scenic. However, it all added to the experience of our summer adventure together.

So glad you take Remi on adventures.
A week ago I had to have my dog, Sprocket, laid to rest. He was an old man, and we definitely had fun on adventures and I loved sleeping with him next to me in a tent. I actually found him in Chicago, 13 years ago. Right at Augusta + Milwaukee. I searched for weeks to see if he had a friend looking for him, but no luck, so we became besties.
Cherish your time with your animal friends. Their unconditional love being gone will feel like a black hole.
I definitely will! He’s my best buddy. He’s a rescue and I got him when my old lady Rottie was on her way out. Definitely understand that hole and quietness when they aren’t around.

Impressive drive. I've usually had all I can take of being behind the wheel after 7 hours. I like the idea of the Iceco cooler.✌
The cooler definitely came in handy, especially in the hot weather to not have to buy ice every day.
