Lived in Yucca valley.(pronounced “yuck”, not Youk)and J.T. For 10 years. And served as a technical rescue climber with “JOSAR”, National Park search and rescue for 8 of those years. My wife and I were married 30 feet up on a vertical wall at the Indian Cove camp ground amphitheater, in the park. With the SAR team in attendance ( She was also a team member). I live in AZ now and miss the park a lot. Thanks for doing this video, a walk down memory lane
Awww, thank you for this comment. I love Joshua Tree so much and visit there often. I can see why you miss it, I would live there long term if I could. Nothing beats early mornings in JTNP before the crowds arrive, it's magic. Also, that job you had sounds really interesting. Very cool that you did that.
I lived in yucca valley and Joshua tree for 33 years. I miss the beautiful desert so much. I want to go back I know it's not the same but it is always a magical place. It wish you would have shown The chapel at Christ Park. There is so much more to see. Thank you for sharing your trip. 💖💖
Thank you so much for your comment. I completely agree with you, that area is incredibly beautiful. I think that's why I keep getting pulled back. I'm considering moving there at some point in the future.

Nice video.
Thank you.
Can I ask about the glass outhouse?
Sure, what did you want to know?
Why was the seat up at 3:40
@@Matt-xh6rm I have no idea. That's how it was when I walked in, and I wasn't about to touch anything.
Was it pretty clean in there?
