Season 2 I don't think will ever happen, except some OVAs. The anime was basically an advertisement for the manga. I'd recommend picking up the manga, its pretty good.

Btw, 异地风萧萧 is “distant wind blows” and 在人间 is “in the mortal world” :) it’s hard to directly translate 异地, but it’s essentially distant or at a distance (异地恋 = long distance relationship)

One of the best anime I've ever watched. Especially as a Fire Emblem Fan. It was obvious that they wouldn't get near to the end of the story with the anime. But they had an awesome climax, awesome character development, good plot and great animation. Better this way, than rushing. And of course, the music... I will definitely check out the manga.
I know right? It's so much better to see those shows that are created mainly to advertise the manga/light novel not rush things. Sometimes the story is enough to hook people in, but by being rushed less people have the interest to look into the original material. Akatsuki no Yona (the anime) was just great. The manga is still just as good, never let me down.

The saddest thing of all is the anime being 20% of the manga and people NOT reading the manga :( it truly is a masterpiece, definitely recommend! I feel like the anime rushed with Zeno's backstory and that it was portrayed better in the manga. The sequence of events before the revelation of his backstory put a lot more weight on his already emotional story.

The saddest thing of all is the anime being 20% of the manga and people NOT reading the manga :( it truly is a masterpiece, definitely recommend! Normally I read korean Manhwas, which are colored, but the japanese manga Akatsuki no yona isnt colored and still makes me feel the most emotions. What a masterpiece
