ARNIS BASICS Cinco Teros (5 Strikes) & The 4 Quadrants. In this video you'll learn why I only do the 5 Basic Strikes(Cinco Teros) as well as the 4 quadrants. I like keeping my Arnis Simple, Direct and Effective. I love doing the Art of FMA and the many techniques that flow in and out of Arnis but I also like to keep the numbering part simple.

Really agree with you.... You summarize the essentials of Kali striking. But for anyone that want to learn in depth any system ( 12 Pares as example) is important to learn all.

That technique, i learned it from my Grandfather. Thanks God for him. All that you have mentioned about the principle of that style are true and simplified all the complicated strikes from other styles. In addition, your cinco tero style is the Original one but there are other purpose of that style, you did not mentioned in your video. Please keep it secret🙏

Parang same ng cinco Teros ng Pateros...Sabi nun matanda na may alam sa ganitong 5strike may nag video daw sa kanya na puti nagvideo pati teknik,nangako na babalik pero ndi na bumalik..
