I'm so...glad that you mentioned Celine's technique, because a lot of people"haters" love to say that she has bad technique! There's NO WAY that she would have the vocal longevity if she had bad technique!!! Almost forty years of practically non-stop career and she can still sing with the best of them!!!! As you can tell I'm a HUGE! Celine fan. Well I'm Canadian she's a national treasure. One major thing is that she still to this day has a vocal coach!!!
You are so right!! She has lots of vocal habits that are a matter of subjective taste but she must have coaching to keep her voice healthy for all these years despite these little quirks 💖
@@RedRoseSeptember22 idk....she's just such a pro. Idk what else you could learn from another in ur craft after 40yrs??? I'm all for moving fwd, learning and growing 💯. But after 40yrs I would think it's about sustainability 🤷🏻♀️
I saw Celine Dion in concert this past November and she sang this song in English and French and it was absolutely beautiful. She gave a show that was a once in a lifetime performance. It was a dream come true
I'm so sad we might not see Celine singing again in concert again in our life due to her health problems :( i did not make it to see her but i wish her the best, she's truly an idol, one of the best singers ever in history...
ANDREA BOCELLI IS LITERALLY THE BEST 😍 I love that you stopped to mention him and Celine collaborating on this, and that you feel the nostalgia from this song too!! ❤️❤️ gah you’re the best Tara, I love you even more now!
Please react to more Celine Dion. She is my favorite singer of all time and a TRUE beast! I believe she is CRIMINALLY underrated and the greatest and most versatile vocalist of all time. Her 1993 version of "I Can't Help Falling In Love With You" is mind-boggling!
Didn't sound like a mistake to me. Came across to me as Gaga wanting us to be able to distinguish each singer's voice at the very end following the convergence of almost indistinguishable voices at vibrato, and she did this by singing ooh against the others singing aah. Always impressed by Gaga. Here again she impressed me the most. Something to do with a voice texture expressive of emotion. I don't often disagree with you, but I do here. Apart from that, a lovely reaction as always, thanks!
Tara, I have never posted on your page......but your reaction to this video is exactly what happened to me. Lady Gaga, surprisingly, fits in PERFECTLY....My God she gets better and better as she grows......Gaga has a real ear for classical vocals. This is musical perfection!
Honestly, I like how you kept it honest and pointed out the small issue that happened and explained the reasoning. You definitely have the best reaction channel that's I have seen.
That video was recorded at the start of the pandemic. It was a difficult time for the entire world. So they were singing it to give us all hope, and I really felt it. It was a wonderful escape for all of us.
I’m Italian and I LOVED this moment of the show! I also appreciated that you called Andrea Bocelli with the right Italian pronunciation 👏🏼 I would love to see more reactions to his performances on this channel
Speaking of lining up vibrato at the end, it's probably the case that not all 4 vocalists recorded their parts at the same time, that probably one of them recorded their part first and was used as reference for the others. At least, that's one way to do it.
Tara! I am obsessed with your vocal nerdiness. I’m that way, where something like vibratos lining up makes me giddy, and very few of my friends get this. Lol so thank you for this. You make my days with your videos. 💜
i'm sorry, why is john legend in this video? he added nothing remarkable to it, was featured twice? and i feel he just didn't have the voice for this song.
I disagree. He was kinda useless in this arrangement, but his voice is just fine for this song. The other three are using professional recording equipment, even Andrea the opera guy--the equipment is off camera, but he's an opera singer and projecting to fill a room is what they do. John Legend for some reason sounds like he's being recorded by the mic on his earbuds. Listen at 1:30 and it's an obvious drop in audio quality; so of course he sounds bad in comparison.
Tara you are amazing vocal teacher. I love all your you tube videos. I admire you. Also you are so beautiful and you have amazing vocal range. I love what you done. It's very pleasant to me watching you and hearing you.
I also loved hearing Céline sing The Prayer with Josh Groban that's actually how I found out about 1 this song, which I love, and 2 Josh Groban who I also love his talent. Plus the story about how it came about which was adorable.
I love all of these singers. They are all phenomenal. One thing that I have thought on occasion is that I don't always like Andrea Bocelli with other artists. I say that because of the tonality does not always mix in my ear well. Andrea Bocelli on Ed Sheeran's Perfect is an example of this. I was not positive how it was going to be here because they artist are all superstars in their own right. Then when Celine and Andrea started together.. woof is was perfect. All the worry I had gone. Then when Tara said they had done it before it made so much sense in the world. Phenomenal. John Legend actually wasn't singing with them and his voice was the one I was worried most about mixing, so I am curious if that is just how they arranged it or if I am not alone in that though. Second, that ending.... WOOF. I was not worried about Tara not mentioning it, so thankfully she did. But that was so good. That vibrato was so cool, especially given the context of this performance. I didn't catch the "mistake", but the ability to make the mistake and seamlessly adjusting is great. All in all a great performance! Now that we're are done with this video I have a great video for you! You should react to Tank and the Bangas NPR Tiny Desk Concert. It is one of my favourite live musical performances of all times and I really don't think you will regret it!
Could you please react to Brandi Carlile’s The Joke Grammys performance? It’s amazing!!! Ben Platt’s performance from the same Grammys is also spectacular!
Boy Tara! Wish I would have had you when I was young! Singing was so much a part of my life but as I got older and my allergies got worse and ending up with asthma and laryngitis every time my allergies were severe, took a toll on my vocal chords. If I would have had you to coach me, I'd probaly still have the voice and the range. Now I only sing to my students with Autism because they don't judge me when my voice cracks. I once lost my voice for 4 months over stress from a very hard divorce. I had to go to speech therapy to start getting my speaking voice back but my singing voice I once had never fully came back. I will be 56 in May and it's too late for me now but I just wanted to tell you how much I admire you and what you do! Sending lots of love! Stay safe and healthy! ❤
The ending note was insane! Matt and Savanna Shaw did a recording of this song and it’s so beautiful! You should definitely review that video or another video of theirs! ❤️
I'm hereee, oh I know Lang Lang, I actually met him once and I have a CD with his autograph and a note he wrote. My little sister also has one. He kinda knows my dad.
That was so beautiful, and I love your reaction which is a description of the movement of sound and the artistry of it and that is why I really want you to react to Angelina Jordan, she is such an amazing singer bringing emotion from her soul and not just another "pretty" voice like you were talking about yesterday in sing better in seconds. Angelina knows how to sound pretty when needed but she knows how to reach in and grab your heart with grit and raspiness that harkens back to Ella Fitzgerald. I know as a reactor you could describe her better than anyone else could.
Tara if you want to listen Lea Salonga-like singers, youll need to watch her student/contestant in the Voice Kids Philippines 2015-Esang De Torres. Her diction of words and the tone of her voice is so crystal clear like lea

There's hope. 🙏🏼 Also, she already actually had symptoms around this time, but she still delivered! 👑
I am the John Legend of my group assignment...
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Im glad im not the only one who thought the just kinda threw him in there lol
I love your sense of humour
jibao ceesay 😂😂😂😂 I was like why was he even in this😭😭😭
Haha. This is comedic gold. 😂Shame, bless John 🙏🏽❤️
Omg Gaga did an amazing job on the last note omg
ANDREA BOCELLI IS LITERALLY THE BEST 😍 I love that you stopped to mention him and Celine collaborating on this, and that you feel the nostalgia from this song too!! ❤️❤️ gah you’re the best Tara, I love you even more now!
I love that you mention Lang Lang at the beginning because he is a true gem of a pianist.
Poor John Legend. He just didn't need to be there and he didn't bring very much to it :/
agree...he is great but did not belong here
He should have stood...seemed a bit cut off in his vocals.
I think he just wanted to be there so he can tell the world I sang with Andrea & Celine...lol
or I think Lang Lang just kicked him off the piano hahahaha that's why he's sitting on the stairs pouting lol
he shouldn't have been asked to do this. He has the ability no doubt but he wasn't giving 100%
Please react to more Celine Dion. She is my favorite singer of all time and a TRUE beast! I believe she is CRIMINALLY underrated and the greatest and most versatile vocalist of all time. Her 1993 version of "I Can't Help Falling In Love With You" is mind-boggling!

I love Celine
Finally you reacting to Celine Dion, always waiting for this moment to happen
Thanks Tara 😍🥰
Celiné Dion singing First Time Ever I Saw Your Face.
Stunning.

You’re really good explaining all the vocal techniques. Btw I love Celine’s
voice, she is so talented
I have seen Celine live twice and she is amazing. Age is definitely getting to her voice tho but she will give you every single thing she has.
We finally got Celine Dion on this channel.
@Ana Martins Céline... Celine... all = vocal yumminess. Hope you are well Rosannasfriend & Ana
Yes!
I love this as a massive Cèline Dion fan
Celine dion is AMAZING !!!!
The QUEEN CÉLINE DION 😍
i could hear the mistake at the end, but i thought she was supposed to do it. they did amazing! it was so beautiful!
Yeah I get you but it was sharp unfortunately in this but she recovered very quickly😊
Celine also does a great version of this song with Josh Groban
Honestly, I like how you kept it honest and pointed out the small issue that happened and explained the reasoning. You definitely have the best reaction channel that's I have seen.
Do you feel like John Legend had no place in this ?? I do ...
rigotube22 it felt a little out of place. With the others having recording equipment and he was using the ear bud mic or the camera mic.
Straight up yes. So out of place
He sounded terrible.
It looked like he was recording with a phone as well... The others were using more pro equipment so even the quality of the sound was off
he isnt close to the talent in this song, way out of his league
When are we getting a Céline Gaga duet?
Lady Gaga's tone is the best.
Just look how beautiful Lady Gaga looks without all the makeup and garb clothing.....stunning...oh and the whole song was great
Nicole Scherzinger “Don’t Cry for me Argentina” PLEASE
yeass
YES!!!!
Yes please
Love!!
I have heard that song an unhealthy amount of times. YAAAS
This is my one of my most favorite songs by Celine Dion :) it always makes me emotional. I love Celtic Woman's version of it too.
Loved you reaction! You should react more to Celine.. She's amazing...
John just came to chill with them 😄
I LOOOOVE Celine so much, so its really cool to see you react to them. And so cool that you love this duo as much as I do 😍❤️
TARA reacting to Queen Celine 😱😱😱😱 I guess anything can happen after all 🤣♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Hmm
It was Lady Gaga who changed from an ‘ahhh’ note to an ‘ooo’ note at the end
That video was recorded at the start of the pandemic. It was a difficult time for the entire world. So they were singing it to give us all hope, and I really felt it. It was a wonderful escape for all of us.
Very graceful music! What else can I say! A religious song sung by three artists who were totally in harmony!
Yesssssss the line up of the vibratos is impressive. The En Vogue do it too and it's very impressive.
They're sooooo amazing, and so are you Miss. Tara. I love your reactions and you're doing awesome. Lots of love and admiration from Brazil😊
❤️❤️❤️
The last note that went up was Celine and she didnt do it by mistake. Gaga then stopped quickly and joined Celine up there
I like how Ms Celine Dion sing and Mr Andrea Boccelli. I like their song the prayer.
Oh my .....I love Andrea 😍
I’m Italian and I LOVED this moment of the show! I also appreciated that you called Andrea Bocelli with the right Italian pronunciation 👏🏼 I would love to see more reactions to his performances on this channel
When John popped Tara said "he's just chillin on the stairs you know" I LAUGHED
Looove this sooo much!!!
It gives so much hope in this time ☀️

Tara, you are a good teacher. Nothing escapes your ear.
I got goosebumps from everyone but John Legend. Like a glitch in the middle of a really good show.
LMFAO That is so perfect with how you put that.
The mark of a true singer is longevity, on point!
i'm sorry, why is john legend in this video? he added nothing remarkable to it, was featured twice? and i feel he just didn't have the voice for this song.
