Absolutely you can! I don't care about the "official" rules, it makes the game way more fun! My family's played with multiple decks and everyone starts with a bigger hand, and managed to loop the stack around multiple times til someone has to draw like 32 cards. 😆

If you are playing with spicy rules, yes you can stack draw 4s and it makes the game more fun, unless you have to draw the cards. 😂

You have to make sure at the beginning of the game and I have played Both ways but stacking is better
