One could theoretically keep it off for the first 3/4's-1/2 of the game then turn it on with the cheats menu in the emulator.
Salamence is generally a physical attacker in singles though, since it has dragon dance and moxie, which allow it to completely demolish an opposing team with some prediction. Special sets are also good though, intimidate isn't nearly as good as in doubles (as evidenced by the fact that there are pokemon that get it, namely Salamence, Krookadile, Tauros, and Gyarados (and probably some that I'm forgetting), that don't always run it), but it's still an amazing ability that gives Salamence quite a bit of utility and flexibility if it you want to run a special set, and 110 special attack isn't bad for UU with the help of having very hard hitting stab moves that it doesn't get for physical sets.

I think its like 66% by now
@@alexy5611 true but so is his.
I would love to see Wolfey and Pokeaim in a Cagelocke! Seeing the strats would be great.
2:41 "I feel that after I watch this, I'll have to watch it like, ten times!"
That's what all the 'react' videos are for! xD
ive seen a few reactions to this. primarily because the creators i already subscribe to, reacted to it. yours, however, is by far the best. i really enjoyed your attentiveness to the content, and your appreciation for all of Jayden's hard work. Just as we appreciate all of yours. Well done sir!
"sand veil is so frustrating to play against, bad mechanic" says the guy who brought sand veil bright powder Garrchomp to his latest tournament hahahaha =)
Eh, when you're at that level of play, you do whatever you have to in order to win
@@kenpokid10 that wideo is honestly one of my fav Wolfey moments of last year. I love how hard he laughs every time he crits/dodges an attack
@@kabusohikaru6187 that's the world champ difference
We all know it was Jan who contacted you about doing a soullink. You should! Literally it would be so amazing man
Just to keep the cycle going, you should react to Jan's Reaction of Their Nuzlocke, so then he reacts to your reaction of his Reaction :)
I love how confident and perfectly edited Wolfy 's vids when doing a video about a tour or smth, but his reaction vids are more like a teen edited
I love seeing Wolfe's reaction to Lance in the Rocket hideout lmao that's literally what happens in the originals and HGSS. Jaiden wasn't even referencing anything
5:25 *Jacob encounters Regirock*
Wolfy: I wonder what moves- did she say explosion!!!💥
Wolfe: I hate Falkner
Wolfe: *immediately says he is falkner*
I like these react-videos because we get to see more of the humble side of Wolfie! Much love!
I desperately want to see a Jan/Wolfey soul link
Just so you know wolf, lance tells his dragonite to use hyper bean on the rocket grunt, thats why he "died" in the video
Do a Soul link with JAN
9:26 late comment but she never actually got the ariados she got mankey
I wish I had as much emotion as Wolfey had at the part where Alpharad accidentally killed Farfetch'd.
Great to see the one who was beat by folagor doing reactions!
I'd love to see Wolfi do soul link! He'd be a pretty clutch coach if he can keep his eyes on his pair's screen
Also there's definitely a way to make it easier on the encounter side - there's clauses for no arena trap and shadow tag encounters that turn on and off. One could theoretically keep it off for the first 3/4's-1/2 of the game then turn it on with the cheats menu in the emulator.
Twister (Dragon 40 BP Special)
also hits Pokémon that are using Fly for 2× damage
20:10 oh, Lance just hits one of the workers in the store with a casual Hyperbeam, and then you never see that particular guy again in game.
"That's Giovanni's son, spoilers"
It's been 20 years, if some get spoiled it's entirely their own fault lmao
official in-game reveal was only in hgss lol but yeah most people know now
@@scrunkore Wasn't this part of the story locked behind a gift Celebi that needed to take you back in time in Ilex Forest?
@@Arko777777 iirc yeah. Personally I feel like most people only know it because they watched youtube videos of the event or people talk about it rather than actually experiencing it personally
The official reveal wasn't quite that long ago but it had been a common theory back in the day, and it got encouraged significantly by the Pokémon Adventures manga confirming it as true for their separate canon during the FRLG arc.
8:10 oh wow... didnt expect that reaction at all tbh, that was quite literally gave me the shock
Jaiden uploads a video
Every PokeTuber: it's free real estate
29:48 I just now realised the Lickylicky is a Fullmetal Alchemist reference.
You and Jan could probably do a really cool soul link
And Falkner even says they were his dad's cherished Pokémon... Is he Wolfe's son?
When you scream I jump hahaha. I love how much you appreciate the animation cause same
All these people want wolfey to do a soul link with a really good player like Jan, but I want him to do a soul link with like just a terrible Pokémon player. I’m talking someone who has barely touched the main series games since their childhood.
Oh god, now this makes me want to see Jan do a Soul Link with someone really really bad. Or Alpha. I could imagine those two doing Soul Link on a harder game and all the pain that would ensue.
after seeing this it dawned on me, best pokemon nuzlocker, best pokemon player... ultimate soul link nuzlocke challenge. I mean... I'd watch WolfyVGC and Pokemon Challenges tackle one together.
gotta bring back the soul link nuzlocke w/ Lud
My dude, Lance had his Dragonite fire a Hyper Beam at a dude, if he's not dead I'm surprised.
Merry xmas wolfe! Thanks for the awesome year of content ❤️
Wolfe got straight up war flashbacks when he see farfetch'd died
I'm guessing the odds of Pokémon are equal and since this is heavily cut down in length you mainly just see all the legendaries
17:03~17:08 Slight correction, weather from *abilities* is permanent. Weather from moves always lasted 5 turns.
