- Hooray, it's another finale video, which means lots of announcements and changes - new product empties! This last update there are four major changes - two empties, and two declutters. Today we are talking about my plan to pan products! I'm giving an update on how many of these products I've actually finished, and where I'm at on the products that I'm still panning. At the end I discuss what I learned from this project, how many products I panned in total, and what my plans are for next year.

*I've been on a serious mission to STOP buying makeup because I realized that there was a number of problems with the way I was buying. Please let me know in the comments if you relate to any of these things and I'd love to hear about your no-buy journey! - Хобби
Blush is sooooo hard to pan/use up. My goal this year is to hit pan on one blush. I’ve never been able to do that before 😂 wish I knew I wasn’t a blush girlie before I bought like 15 of them 😂
Omg no, not being into blush but having a lot of them is the worst 😅 that was me with bronzer! I ended up decluttering some and forcing myself to pan most
Do you like eyeshadows? Do those blushes look good on the eyes? Are they eye safe? Maybe you can try using it for that?
I am doing my FIRST project pan this year. I'm doing a rolling project pan with both skincare and makeup products. Right now I have 24 products that I am going to work through.
Congrats, that’s so great! Best of luck this year 🥳
The blush placement looks soo beautiful and fresh on you! You look amazing and I enjoyed this video ❤
Awe thank you so much! I didn't do anything different so I suspect part of it was the fact that it was actually sunny for once when I filmed and so the lighting was different :)
Your lipcolor looks so good after you applied the Nars😊😊
Thank you! at that point it was like 4 different colours i think lol
Your makeup looks so pretty and soft!
Thanks so much!!
Blush roulette?! Yes please!
Coming up in a few weeks 😊
Love your eye makeup today!!😍
Thank you Katie 🤗🤗
Just discussed that at a work book club and really enjoyed it. Good easy read and provoked some good discussion.
I can see how it would be a good book club pick! Enjoyable and enough subject matter to discuss for sure.
YOU LOOK SO PRETTY 😍😍
Thank you 💖💖
One that went from liquid to solid just throw out and put in Something else
Fr straight to the bin
I’m way too stubborn for that 😅
ur makeup looks so cute ❤
Thank you!!
I'm trying to use up the same macadamia hair oil! I need to be more steady with it, though.
I'm doing deckofpanning for now and putting together a list of products I will empty. I have a few products down to 25 % or less: 2 blushes, 2 powders, a bronzer and 2 primers, a highlighter and a foundation so I'm excited to get them out as soon as possible! Also planning to empty a loose powder, another foundation, my eyebrow pen. Otherwise I would like to hit pan on a few things... I would love to use more lipstick 👀 Last year I forgot about my lipsticks. I'm thinking to let go of some but I have a few special lipsticks I love. I'm weird about using them cause they're in limited edition packaging 😅 I'm trying to tell myself how disappointed I will feel if I have to throw them away unused. Even w regular use I'd assume they'd last me about year. It's so silly 😭not using your fav products. Being human is full of absurdity
Limited edition packaging makes things so much more mentally challenging to use up, I agree!!
You look very pretty 🤩
Thank you!
I only finish mascaras, brow gel and foundation (maybe a powder) as makeup items, realistically. But my goal will be to finish a lot of sunscreens, skincare and body care. I have too much and they take too much space!
I think that's most people! It's really challenging to finish products like blushes and highlights. Best of luck this year!
I love ur videos❤
Thank you 😊
I have used Glow recipe BHA toner for much longer than 8 months, I’ve had a big bottle and it was completely fine till the very end of the bottle
I’m guessing it will stay good for a lot longer, I just wonder if it will be as effective after those 8 months!
I have that same Hempz cream, I bought it because someone recommended it for my eczema. I hate the smell tho too so I never used it, so now I only use it on my feet 😂😂
Ya that’s the main reason I struggle to use it LOL - at home it’s fine, but I get self conscious that people are going to think I smell funny if I use it around them
Could you please explain, how do you manage to use as many mascaras all at once? I always worry they might go dry after opening, so usually open one at a time. But I would like to be able to use 2-3 🤗
I just have never had that problem! I have the opposite question, where I don't understand when people talk about their mascaras drying up - because it never happens to me 🤷🏼♀️
With mascaras having such a short shelf life due to the risk of infections and styes etc. do you not worry about how long you keep those for? I only have 2- 1 black and 1 brown, purely cause I’m worried about that kinda thing
I do think about it but I've just never had an issue (which, I realize that thinking there never WILL be an issue in the future is dumb, but 🤷🏼♀️). I also had my partner test different mascaras in the lab he works in and there was no indication of any bacteria or growths. I think that was in a mascara video of mine from 2021 maybe!
