- Come along for another makeup chores video! In this one I'm cleaning out a number of the makeup products that I decluttered last year. I'm depotting eyeshadows, lip glosses, and a highlight, and doing some overall cleaning. I like to get all of my little makeup tasks done in one go so I've been enjoying makeup these videos every couple of months. I hope this can be inspirational for you if you need to do some organization or depotting too! Possibly you could do asmr when scraping it. Just throwing an idea here. Love your videos!
You can use bottles from consumable goods (e.g. milk, oils, or even other makeup lol) to dispose the liquids in! Certain types of plastics are not recyclable, so you wouldn't be misplacing materials (this largely depends on location and what waste collection service you are using. From what I remember plastic types 1 to 5 are recyclable in most places).

How do you get your nails so long? Mine always break and are super thin 😢
I have no nail-specific advice, unfortunately! I eat healthy and take vitamins, no idea if that's related though. When I switched to the thin rounded shape originally, they broke ALL the time. I think they're just more used to it now?

I use zinc and selen tablets (with multivitamins and omega3) also nail polish with minerals (more like nail care), nail creams before bed 😊 also avoid washing dishes with hot water without gloves ❤ it is long way to go, took me few months too 😊

Why can't you dump those products into the toilet?

@@laralikesmascara You know, a face mask probably can't do greater damage than detergents and other cleaning stuff
The less junk enters the sewage, the better. The water you flush through the toilet already needs to be cleaned before they release it back onto our planet again (sea or lake or wherever).Dumping a lot of cosmetics in your toilet is not ok. Better empty the tube in the trash can in something like a bag, and then recycle the plastic tube.

Also, the face mask is soooo thick that I would be worried about it clogging the shower drain/bathroom sink. At least with cleaning products you’re not dumping the whole thing down at once.
