Note: Breathe out should be slower then breathing out.
Only 10 power breaths can help you to calm down your mind and manage your stress and anxiety.
You can do while lying in bed as well. It will also help you to get over your sleeplessness and insomnia.
But for that when you breathe out completely then consciously pause for 2 seconds and then breathe in.
