The stamp is just strips of craft foam glued to cardboard.

I keep seeing that paper (?) with that decorative border. What is that, a type of paper or something else?

Yes, previous commenter is right, it’s an Arches watercolour block.

What type of tape do you use for the border that doesn’t tear the paper? Thank you!
I use any cheap masking tape - if it’s too sticky, tape it to the table surface before sticking to your paper.
