- Join me to paint a geometric pattern of watercolour petals. This pattern is based on the flower of life - a geometric construct of interlinked circles.

My husband loves it when I paint these things. likes them in his work space. ❤
I love your tutorials. They combine brushstroke practice and learning about color blending and look beautiful, so practice isn’t just filling up paper, it is fun!.
This is gorgeous, what a fantastic tutorial ☺☺☺
This was so pleasant to watch 💕 kind of like a meditation, very peaceful
what a great technique.
Might give it a try.
This is a very good idea. Tks for the tip! 😊
Very beautiful painting, clear, calm instructions - soothing to watch and inspiring to try. I hope to give it a try, thanks, Lou!

These tutorials are my favorite. You make it look so easy! I tried the Celtic cross one twice! Love the color palette and the way the colors blend. Thank you!,
That reminds me a bit of the lessons in geometry in school - ages ago 🙂 I guess with QOR-colours the effect will be great because they spread so easily.
Thank you for the great idea 🥰
Thanks for this. A great example of how watercolor doesn't have to be complicated. :)
it looks similar to a quilt. very beautiful!
Wonderful pattern & colours…like the blends as well…
Thank you!
hallo lou i love your's tutorials

This is fantastic. I like how these paints look in this kind of format. I like the variety of tonesin each shape.

So Cool ! I will try this 😊 Thanks Doll !
First!
What brand of compass would you recommend. Love your painting!
I've linked the one I've used here in the description and they are pretty good - but you do get what you pay for! You can get very technical with compasses. I'd look at staedtler - they're often recommended by geometric artists. Ecobra are another brand I've seen recommended but not tried them myself. I've just got some lovely vintage compasses (search for vintage drafting tools) from ebay and there are lots of good value sets there so that's another option!
