Smashing job yet again. I'd love a workshop in my garden but you NEVER ballpark the prices which puts me off that you are mega expensive. quality job you do of course.
Lovely job mate, you’re obviously the best at what you do , on you tube, been following you and others for a while now , undoubtedly you’re the best, so when the prices are normal again for materials I’ll be asking for your help, cheers Liam keep doing what you’re doing mate, love your work
That has to be one of the nicest rooms you have done, I can see a log of thought and planning gone into it. Loving the series you currently producing re building garden room by yourself.
@@thegardenroomguru For me, I think that's one of the best rooms you've done so far, and that's saying something because all your rooms have always been spot on 👍
Great job lads. Missed a trick to wind up the haters with that bit of landscaping for the door to open, should of chucked a bit of grass seed on it and said its done 🤣
Brilliant job 👍 What type of LED’s & how many can you put together as I need 18 meters & where is the track from please… I’ve subscribed & look forward to learning more 👍
track is a plaster in profile mate, 10mtrs was the longest you could run on the transformers, so we went from both directions and met in the middle, it was two years ago and I believe you can get longer ones now
@@thegardenroomguru Thank you… I have got the plaster in tracks… but my ceiling was already up so what I did was groove 30mm all round then cut USB board slotted it through the grooves & pulled down with the string method to strengthen the back of the plaster board… still torn between two different LED’s & a couple of controllers but baby steps 👍
Love your channel Liam. Just finalising which size will suit my garden before i pull trigger on the right build pack. Quick question please: how much space would I need to leave from a brick wall to be able to drive in those long screws for the base? Length of impact + screw? Around 300mm maybe? Cheers.
I don't get why no one offers to provide a cost estimate. I would love to have one of these in my garden. The first step is having a rough idea of the cost before I start contacting contractors. But no one talks about the cost. So irritating.
Another lovely build. I know it was the customer's choice but it is vey strange that the angled front pillar is only on the right hand side and not the left for some odd reason. It has by balance OCD going crazy lol.
An excellent build with this one. The cladding is a welcome alternative to the cedar and is probably cheaper these days, also, no need to treat it too. Loving the extra features like blinds and underfloor heating. The recessed consumer unit looks well smart and doesn't seem like too much work compared to the surface mounted ones. Just a little request, can you ask the customer if you can go back after the extension and garden is done? I reckon the garden room would look even better when its al finished. Also, what lights and tracks did you use? Look well smart and better than than those stuck on a coving!
Your builds are amazing mate, top stuff indeed 👏. Could I ask, see when you sheet the side frame with osb, does your osb come flush with the top rail of the side frame or do you overshoot it 75mm at one end so it's flush with your roof joist. My building is got a 100mm rise on it and if I sheeted to the edge of the top rail on my side frame then there will be a a gap of 100mm at one end with no osb. Your channel and content has helped me loads but I've just not managed to see how you do that part. Thanks 🙌
That garden Room is better equipped than my house. Amazing standard.
Really nice design on this. Some of those extra features inside just push it to that next level - definitely a good one to showcase 👍
Amazing, I wish every workman was as skilled, knowledgeable and hard working as you - just an amazing build, well done!
Smashing job yet again. I'd love a workshop in my garden but you NEVER ballpark the prices which puts me off that you are mega expensive. quality job you do of course.

Cracking looking room, have you made a video with more details on the led install?

Nice work. You guys are top notch.
What did you use to keep the artificial grass in place on the roof?????
Nice

Super job... how much would this cost also what is your time scale and location many thanks Darren ....great video ..
Nice room!
Is there not a boundary distance, Normally a meter?
“It was a ball….” 😂
you know what was coming there!

Depends on your driver mate, but yeah 250+ body, bit holder and bit
Fantastic, exactly what I want at mines. What are the costs please ??
Absolutely amazing build. Just sat in my garden office for the first time working. Thanks guys
Is this your garden Room? How much this cost?
@Alex M1973 so true.
I don't get why no one offers to provide a cost estimate. I would love to have one of these in my garden. The first step is having a rough idea of the cost before I start contacting contractors. But no one talks about the cost. So irritating.
I would imagine around £30K/£35K
Another lovely build. I know it was the customer's choice but it is vey strange that the angled front pillar is only on the right hand side and not the left for some odd reason. It has by balance OCD going crazy lol.
Garden space after the extension will be at a premium, a pillar on the left will create a block on the open space 👌
Hey there, I would like to know the size of the garden without the office cabin?
An excellent build with this one. The cladding is a welcome alternative to the cedar and is probably cheaper these days, also, no need to treat it too. Very nice. If it’s dug down does that mean the internal height can be slightly higher?
Pucka job 👍🏻
Lovely building 👍, bit to clinical for me, customer has OCD lol!
Hi. Love your videos. Wanted to ask, where is the flush cabinet from?
Love the content! Where can I grab the LED track lighting from? ⚡
could you do a vid on the products and where to get them from?
Hi Liam
Love the garden room I'm doing a 5mx3m same as got your plans what price for materials for that one as be a rough idea of cost for mine
Cheers
Excellent job, love the mat well and very interested to know where you got the strip lights ?
Great build. What are the dimensions of the bifold?

Where do you put the drivers for the led tapes? Access wise?
What was the total build cost for this please?
Hi another great job,can I just ask do you glue the artificial roof on ?
I thought you're meant to leave a 1 metre gap between building and boundary?
Looks great, love the astro on the roof! Where did you source the matwell trim from?
Looked all over, then stumbled on it in B&Q of all places
@@thegardenroomguru cheers, will check it out
Hi Liam, love your videos, QQ did you put your normal rubber roof under the astro turf ??
Yes mate 👍🏼
@@thegardenroomguru thanks, I just bought a build pack from you now.
What’s the costs labor, build, heated floor and electricity as I’m very interested in such a like for like build. Costs is very much a concern for me.
Amazing job. Can I ask how much something like this cost ?
Seems that's top secret. They wouldn't respond to this question no matter how many times we ask it.
