Just a query, if the student is on 2 year program then he will have student visa and later for next 2 years he'll have PSW visa. So, will these 4 years will be considered at the time of applying PR or do the student needs to work for 4 years other than education and PSW timeframe to apply and get PR

hi...It varies application as well as work contract wise! There is nothing absolutely white or black about 5 years...However in most cases with a good work contract & stay of total 5 years makes you eligible to apply for PR!

I have a doubt. Consider a situation in which I'm going to france with my student visa for 'complete' course. Like BBA & MBA , it will take 6 years (or 5) for me to complete it.
