That was useful and informative. This reminds me of a similar experience I’m presently grappling with, viz., to transfer my 4 wheeler from Tamilnadu to Maharashtra. I tried the direct approach method by getting all the forms and documentary evidence and directly submitting at the Regional Transport Office, but that doesn’t work. So, back here in India, you have to go through the agent who takes his commission and prioritises your papers faster. Another aspect is if you go through a known person (influence) it may take more time than usual but sometimes that really does help. All these only bcoz there’s lack of integrity and ethics. Well France may be better off. Keep persevering and don’t loose heart if things don’t happen on time. Delays aren’t denials. However, Gods Grace is preeminent in all matters.
Best wishes Josh. God bless. You have inherent communication skills and May you be richly blessed in all giftings to be a light and salt wherever you are. Cheers….

Bonjour Joshua, does long term visa (VLS-TS) counts as residence permit? And if yes, can you use that as proof of residence in France and apply for citizenship? I have been living in France for over five years, but the first three years I had VLS-TS instead of titre de séjour.

Hi joshua. I have passed Delf B1 recently. I was with the plan of completing B2 too. But due to other works I have changed the plans. So if wanna do a masters in France and get job and have similar route to which you had, would it be wise to complete B2 before arriving or could I do my B2 after few years of arriving in France? Does the jobs there require a B2 certificate ?

Would having a master's degree (M1+M2) from France exempt you from requiring the French language certification, even if your degree was not focused on French language?
