Very few player come to chelsea and spend less than 8-10 years but the fans consider them absolute legends. This man here, i hope has earned that status. I might be pushing it , i dunno how other fans feel but to me he's a Chelsea legend. I only wish we wouldve got to him earlier in his career, hed have won the prem with us.
For me he is as well. A real leader during a tough period where everyone wanted to leave because of the change in ownership, and he won the Champions League at Chelsea.
Absolute Chelsea legend without question. I hope he fulfills his dreams of playing for Fluminense again, and comes back to Chelsea as a coach.
Imagine what he's done for Challobah, Badiashile and Colwill; imagine young defenders in the academy having to be trained by Thiago Sylva - not the biggest and not particularly fast, but an absolute baller.
He is a legend in my eyes...He did everything and more what we expected him to do and he was definitely there with us when we were at our toughest times

When we signed him in 2020, I never thought we'd have him for longer than a season. It's been a pleasure watching him represent the badge for 4 years and I'm delighted we helped him win the Champions League.

I love his passion for the game, he was one of the last real footballers. I only saw him play live a few times; I’ve watched his farewell video and now this interview. He gave everything for us and in the short time he spent at Stamford Bridge his professionalism, passion, determination and world class skills set him apart from the others and solidified him as a legend.
He helped win us our second UCL. It was seriously a privilege to watch this man on the pitch, through the wins and the losses and the highs and the lows, it didn’t matter, he was always there, and was ready to lead the team when they needed it. I don’t know how we are going to replace him he’s truly one of a kind. We will all miss you and I wish you and your family luck in whatever you choose to do, whether it be at a coaching job at Chelsea in the future or something else. Thank you for everything Thiago Silva. 🙏🏼💙

I started watching football seriously in 2009, Silva was one of the guys I immediately saw the unreal talent he had, but also the respect from other players and how he carries himself as a leader. He's without a doubt one of the best players ever. Even more, he hasn't aged a day.

What a legend this man is. So full of humility, honour and respect in a way that too many others are not. I'm gutted he's leaving Chelsea and hope he comes back as a coach soon. If only he could have signed for us earlier in his career. Also what a brilliant interview. I hope SSN does more of this with players as i watched every minute. It's really refreshing to hear an honourable mans heart, and hear his love for both the game and the club he plays for.
I've always been a fan... Not a lot of defenders at his age can do it at this level man, shows the character of the man and his love of the sport, I hope our young defenders have learned and picked up something from him.

I had tears of joy when he joined Chelsea as he was one of the fantasy signing you only get to do in video games, very happy he won the big trophies with us, could have been more and even complete english trophy but sadly couldnt. I have tears of farewell as most of us dont want him to leave but its life. Thank you to Thiago Silva for being a part of the club through thick and thin. He is one of the few players who spent short time at the club and leaves as a legend.

I remember watching the game in 2015 when PSG knocked Chelsea out of the Champions League, Thiago scored the winning goal. I wanted him to come to Chelsea so bad. It was a few years late but it has been absolute pleasure to watch him play in blue. One of the best defenders of 21st century, absolute legend 🙌
