- Cascara, or the outer husk of the coffee cherry, is an arguably under-utilized coffee byproduct. When brewed like a tea, it is actually super delicious, refreshing and hibiscus-like. Tune into this video for how we used cascara in two different summer drink recipes! (non-alcoholic, with some guidance on tips to add spirits for boozy alternatives!)

For cascara syrup, doesnt need hot water?
You just add equal parts sugar to the hot tea and stir until dissolved. It's just like making simple syrup, you just brew the tea in the water first.
