I'm in the coffee biz, and just got my first sample of Cascara. Your lesson was simple, to the point , well articulated, and quite helpful. Thank you!
In Arabic, coffee cherry tea is known as qishr/kishr and was first consumed as a common beverage in the Arab state of Yemen.

Man would it be awesome to try this
In some parts of South America is called
SULTANA and is not brewed like a tea
is boiled for 5 minutes and sit for another 5 minutes, it is delicious!
The emphasis in the word cascara is in the first syllable that's why there's a mark on the letter A CAScara
I like a cascara coffee tea
I guess now we'll have to see where to buy it.. (note this isn't cascara sagrada)..
+V J Franke -- according to the website of 44 North Coffee in Maine, they offer an 8 oz package for $9.
I also tried searching Amazon, and all I found there was the Cascara Sagrada you mentioned. From the titles and/or descriptions, those products appear to be herbal coffees/teas, with at least one saying it's made from dandelion root.
+V J Franke Hey! So our good friends over at Detour have some Cascara on their site... We've drank it (many times) and it's great. Highly recommended! detourcoffee.com/products/228-cascara-coffee-cherry-tea
@@SherryBrubakerPollock i believe bodhi coffee also carries cascara, some is on sale right now from costa rica.
Does cascara have any side effect like mouth ulcer or cut?
Or just use a French press
Ooohh okay. I thought everyone was pronouncing cascara wrong but it's a totally different thing.
Audio is not clear and hard to understand. It will be helpful if we can read the tutorial or better audio.
+Avnish Kashyap Hi Avnish... we're not having any audio issues on our end when playing it back. A link to the written recipe is in the video description... or here: theroasterspack.com/blogs/news/14918821-cascara-the-coffee-cherry-tea-with-a-how-to-brew-guide
