My family and I come down for a game every year all the way from North Dakota. Was just in town for a week for the Mississippi State game. We did a drive by on a few different condos in town. Definitely want to buy one eventually to use when we're in town and rent out when we're gone. Love your videos and Tuscaloosa 👍

@@livingintuscaloosacounty3844 one of the places we were really interested in was the Harbrooke Downs condos due to the very cheap price and straight shot 1 mile walk to the stadium. Very small but all we would need really. Are you at all familiar with those units?
@@bullmastiffnd9784 yes they are very popular because of the price range! I think there are some better options when it comes to total overall cost (condo HOA fees need to be factored in) as well as resale value/ability

Not at all! I like the “big small town” feel of Tuscaloosa. Plus it’s an affordable place to live with lots of opportunities
