I met a few of the guys from westward at a craft show and they are awesome people. Totally bought a cask strength bottle. They thanked me for asking good questions and gave me some cards for free tours.
I'm re-watching this video because I just picked up my bottle today. Incredible! No BS. My top 3 whiskey for sure. # 1: Bunnahabain 12 CS 2022; # 2: Kilchomam Single Cask PX Finish; and this one. Wow!

Thanks guys for putting the website to buy. I tried to see it on Westward’s website while watching your podcast, but it didn’t show this release. I was able to get in with your link. I bought two; one as a gift. Great presentation! I love watching you both. One day you have to present in front of the camera the lovely lady commenting, wife and mom. @BillMcGirr Everyone thinks they don't like liver & onions until they try *GOOD* liver & onions. Make no mistake, some people just don't know how to cook it correctly but that's true of all foods. It's just that a lot of foods can be cooked incorrectly and still have something edible if not pleasant, but some things like mutton, lots of fish and seafood. and liver & onions certainly don't fit into that category of foods. If you decide to try good liver & onions at a restaurant, make sure it's a small Appalachian cafe with an old cook, or a fine dining French spot.

Been searching for the Pinot Noir finish for a while now, but after searching pretty much every store in northern NJ I’ve only found the cask strength and stout finish at a single store, free shipping from their site, guess I just bought that and the milestone
Just ordered…doesn’t ship until end of Oct, though 😢😢. Tasting notes sound just like a cask strength store pick Westward single malt I got in NC. 5:17 As a general rule you can ferment anything that has sugar in it, though the amount of sugar will determine how easily, and perhaps the type of sugar as well. In Korea they take Chinese cabbage, red pepper, salt, red pepper, garlic, and red pepper, and ferment it. The end result, though, doesn't have much alcohol in it - it's kimchi. 🙂🇰🇷 6:00 How can you know that you don't like raisins if you don't know what they taste like??? 🤣🤔😱

Note from website: This year, as we honor our 20th anniversary, we sought to create an unrivaled expression of spice, one that highlights our journey thus far while setting the tone for many iterations to follow. Inspired by a visit to Taiwan and a transformative street food pairing he experienced with each of Westward’s flagship expressions, Master Blender Miles Munroe embarked on a expedition to take our signature spice notes to unparalleled heights by incorporating new, exotic woods to amplify the characteristics from our iconic and innovative cask finishes - including Stout, Pinot Noir, and Rum.
