Hello Adriel, from the sunshine state of FL! 👋🏼 I don't know how I came across your channel, youtube's algorithm can be a funny thing. I didn't even know why I decided to click on your video, it was your other video titled "The Truth Will Set You Free" but I am glad I did. I watched all three of your videos, and I love your depth and honesty in the way you communicate about these topics, as I also resonate with them. I can see that you bring both intelligence and originality to your content, which is truly refreshing in today's world. I am also a firm believer in God and have strong faith in Him. One of my favorite verses is Psalm 23:4. He is the only one I fear and the only one that can give you the courage to face the challenges that present themselves to you in life and also teach you how to be gentle as a dove and cunning as a serpent. In this world, you have to learn how to navigate through a maze full of booby traps, and only God will give you the light to find your way out of that maze unharmed. Regarding meditation, I couldn't agree more with everything you mentioned. It's amazing how, through introspection and reflection via meditation, you can truly come to understand yourself better. That's the key to improving yourself and becoming a light in the world, not a blight. How can you improve yourself if you don't know yourself? The answer is meditation, which will unlock who you truly are as a person. You know, Carl Jung said, "Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakes" and I couldn't agree more. I started making meditation a habit as well, and at first, it wasn't easy, but now I see myself doing it out of habit right before bed for at least 15-20 minutes. It's been a game-changer. I feel more at peace, more in tune with my thoughts, and just a sense of joy that I didn't feel before. I ain't gonna lie, we all have our ups and downs, but meditation really helps. Especially if you make it a daily habit for the long term, it can really transform your character for the better. I loved that quote you mentioned, "This too shall pass." Did you get it from the book "I May Be Wrong" by Natthiko? If you didn't, I recommend you read his book, it's a great read. Anyway, your videos resonated with me, so keep at it! They are inspiring and beautiful. Thank you and oh I forgot to mention that I tried looking you up on Spotify, but I couldn't find @TheArtOfWellnessAdriel. Just thought I'd mention it, I also didn't mean to write you a lengthy comment haha but I found your insights so enlightening, take care ✌🏼
