This boss felt pretty underwhelming. I honestly found Doleren and some of the normal monsters a bigger challenge than this boss, it just took forever (about 15- 20 minutes because even at level 61 i was still doing slow damage. That unlimited magic mear the end was pretty good though, but made me wish i was given it sooner
I've never played much of the sequel, wasn't very interested. But I will admit, this guy looks pretty cool. Also just noticed his helmet is very similar to Aepep, the King of Cobras from the first game. Cool detail.

Question for anyone whose finished the game...Can you go back to your kingdom after the credits? I saved afterwards and it took me to the main menu - clicked continue and.........i end up back at the moment when Doloran summons Alisandra and the sky rips open. HELP ME!

Exactly ! That's the only reason why i don't give a damn about this game. They took out the pokemon like fighting system from the first game. I was waiting so much for the sequel but when i heard they changed the battle system that was the point when they lost me...

I really miss the battle system from the first game. It was unlike anything else I'd ever played, whereas this game just uses glorified hack 'n slash mechanics. I also kind of feel dissatisfied with NNK2's story just because it leaves you with so many plot holes, questions, and cheesy cliches done wrong and overused. The fact that the plot twist of this game is literally the same plot twist of the first game also makes it a lot less impactful. The only great things about this game were the main party members, but I feel like only Roland measures up to the quality of the last game's protagonists. This is a lot longer and whinier than I meant for it to be but it's all in all a pretty disappointing sequel.
Smile Life somewhat true I was really engaged around chapters 4-9 . It was good especially when theres a traitor and such but the first ones story was superb
since they already had a fake proposal thing going on and since she has a hidden outfit, which is themed after a queen, my closest guess would be, that it's tani.
FFXV is an amazing game and so is this one. The first Ni No Kuni's battle pace was too slow for me, this game's clever use of mechanics and the wide assortment of side content is what made it enjoyable for me.
@@TrebassYT ffxv is great but it just has everything nnk2 has and more. i don't think the game is bad and it does have some cool ideas but it's just lacking to me after playing the first one and ffxv and loving both those games.

its easier to grind the lv 57 tainted one and kill her adds

Just open the map and fast travel to Evermore instead of approaching Doloran after you reload.

I've played both and I can say they are equally good
it took so long and was hack and slash because he never did the xp research and ended up wildly underlevelled.

the original ni no kuni is one of my favorite games ever and this one is just so disappointing. it's basically ffxv with worse characters and gameplay
