Apparently he was under investigation for some kind of misconduct so he planted the tampered bags in the warmer so that a different anesthesiologist would use them, kill their patient, and then he could be like, “See? Look! They’re the ones who are bad at their jobs! Not me!”

Stupid, immature, evil. It takes a trustworthy group of individuals to have a great healthcare system, so I'm glad some of the bad/evil seeds are being purged. Unfortunately, a life was already lost in this case.
Some of us really struggle to figure out how to make more money while having a job/career that we actually enjoy. These evil doctors choose medicine, get paid better than most, and STILL RISK LOSING IT ALL! Ungrateful & vile!

I hope they replace Doctors with ai. Or make an ai cop to monitor doctors or do rotating shadowing every day and rotate the person so that they have no connection nor common connections not even in the past nor through family. This is horrifying. A doctor is supposed to protect and help you not harm you.

You have no idea how utterly dumb that idea is.
There's over a million physicians in America.
Each working roughly 2000 hours per year.
The chances of you being treated by a homicidal doctor like Ortiz is vanishingly small.
The media broadcasts Ortiz and you magically think every American doctor is Ortiz.
We can't even replace taxi drivers with self-driving cars yet because ai is inferior to humans.
Like seriously do you every research or think about anything ever?
Or are you just like some confused animal or something?
      ?

I’m trying imagine how a man with so much training never managed to learn to deal with his emotions. Dr Ortiz has been accused of shooting his neighbor’s dog in retaliation for assisting his former lover in obtaining a restraining order after domestic violence reports. These incidents were reported as retaliation for a medical inquiry into his malpractice earlier in the year. How is emotional intelligence never addressed in all these years of training?

That Killer Is finally caught, How could you do such a thing, and I'm so sorry this happened to all of these people and the people who lost their lives. I'm praying for them all, and I hope he rots in Prison for a long, long time. The way he is walking by that fridge warmer and it's your job, it's mine and it's in my job distribution and that's it, not his job, me as a nurse I would have said, Doc I Got It, Please Go Sit Down, it's not your job. You gotta pay attention to every single thing especially when handling (patients and medication and IV Bags, & Pain Killers pills, Needles, and much More). Y'all know he has to be planning everyday what time to go to The IV FRIDGE WARMER everyday. I hope all that 3 million in debt, he really will be poor now, because all those people who did live, will be suing, and his Medical License will be taken away and it should. 😳💯🤬💉💊🩹🩺🩻🧪🌡️🔬
