@ ジQuezzn Control your self like bro she is so good! maybe u jelly but i ain’t judging that’s also really mean to say if u aren’t gonna say something nice then don’t say it.
@ジQuezzn Um, the original comment said that she was talented not because she was an black artist but beacuse she is well talented.... I rarely see black artist and black female artist at that on RUclips. I find it pretty cool, and the original commenter did too but it doesn't take away for anybody else that is black or not black. People can be obsessive at times about race, nationality, sex, or religion. Like only enjoying Korean movies, fashion, culture etc. Yet, they enjoy it and as long as they are not putting themselves down or others then I don't see any problem.
Aaand this thread went to shit, how sad. There's always gotta be that one insecure 10 year old in the comment section who likes to run their mouth and ruin it.
@ジQuezzn Who's the one who keeps spamming lmao and acting dyslexic on the internet? That's what I thought. It's past your bedtime little girl, you're not intimidating :)
I'm not even kidding this is one of the best (lowkey) tutorials I've watched. I used the way you do your hairs and color the skin and I put that in my art style and it completely transformed it.
This was so helpful thank you!!! I needed this rlly bad. I love your coloring technique and was wondering how you go about coloring and BOOM a tutorial. Darskinned babies won today 😭🖤
Using references is so underated. I've noticed some artists trying to color dark skin in the strangest of ways and it doesn't turn out right (really red) etc. This was excellent!
I’m white and want to be more inclusive, I know black skin has different shades at different points on their skin, but I didn’t want to get the placing wrong. So thank you :) Beautiful drawing btw
This is so pretty! I know what you mean about the color quality difference between the finished piece and the time lapse; my time lapses tend to come out desaturated. How long did the skin take you?
Coming from Insta from your tutorial request I asked for! Most simple and comprehensible video I've watched fof coloring and shading. Will keep using it for practice
Really helpful, thank you! I think darker skin has so much nuance that looks so beautiful and has so much depth but is so difficult for me to colour and this really breaks it down in a way that’s easy to follow ☺️ love your style as well! ❤️
Resumed notes: 1-base color 2-blush 3- smudge blush way down the cheeks 4-first shadows on specific spots: neck, under the lips, upper lids 5-base colors for eyes 6- +shadows (around forehead + on the inner corner of the eyes socket) and blush 7- lips 8- base color of the hair 9- highlights: simple dots on the lips, nose, next to the eyes, around the eyebrows, in the irirs 10- eyebags 11- refine the shadows if you're feeling it's needed 12- extra highlights 13- refining and adding details
Thank you! You helped me a lot! Now I can finally draw dark skinned ppl to! I had literally no idea how to make the skin dark in that way it fits my art style! Thank you! :D
Lovely video, I like how you explained your ideas with side sketches and photos, they made it more engaging to watch!! The finished piece is beautiful 🙂
This is so helpful! I like your art style and whenever I watch you it inspires me to draw! Can you show us how you draw long, flowy hair? Sometimes I find it kinda difficult to draw it. Have a great day! Good job!
Thank you for making this video, your artwork looks amazing! I'm here to study coloring different skin tones so that I don't make mistakes as I don't want to be rude to anyone accidently. (I don't want to be rude purposely aswell of course)
so ive been looking for dark skin colouring tutorials and this is so helpful!! love the tips and tricks and it really helped me paint this fanart of sam wilson.... THANK YOU!!!
Omg thank you! I’m a artist I am making my own version of Alice and wonderland and the queen of hearts is a woman of color I have no idea what I’m doing thank you so much 😊
Hi, If you select the layer and choose for alpha lock, you can draw on the layer but it will only draw on the actual lines of that layer (if this makes any sense) ☺️ just alpha lock the layer and draw/colour over it
Can you please do this same video but for white skin? I love your style and want to practice drawing like you and I do a lot of white skin drawings and I'd like to see how you do it💗
You’re so talented! Black girl artist supporting another black girl artist
@ ジQuezzn Control your self like bro she is so good! maybe u jelly but i ain’t judging that’s also really mean to say if u aren’t gonna say something nice then don’t say it.
@ジQuezzn idk whether ur 12 or double that age cuz ur acting weird (idc if ur gonna reply to me cuz i dont care about crazy people)
