golf trend only means its an engine from a 2015 Golf Trendline, the engine needs to have a 4 letter code at this year range to identify it. like CYYB (just an example). Golf from 2005 is Mk 5, they have 3 letter engine codes. I don't know how they fitted an 2015 into a 2005. My 2006 Golf is engine code BDK.
I put the code 12233,and now I can't access engine control unit.
