@Cem yes. First log in Microsoft account and than go to Microsoft page and download window 8.1(remember you should login to Microsoft account) than install 8.1 and it works on my laptop. Now you can connect to store. Don't make Bootable Windows 8.1(it will not ask for key if you login to Microsoft account). 🙏🙏🙏

It works. It worked for me and i will suggest all those who came to see comments that if first method then do se that your windows event log is automatic and event collector is manual in the same section of services.
