Glad you finally did a reaction to this band. The stank faaces were on point 👌🏽i was waiting to see those
@@xavierespinosa5574 can't go through this kind of band without stank face haha Thanks as always!
Hey Goose, nice shirt. So glad you liked it (apart from the lyrics 😂), thanks for taking my suggestion. Congrats on the 3 000 subs 🎉, keep up the good work 😁 much love from South Africa, where we are leaving heavy metal pawprints in the snow
Glad you liked the ep! Thanks for the suggestion and support!
now you might aswell react to the 2 other songs on the EP, the poetic edda and i, the devourer
@8:47 the anticipation of a breakdown is epic
@@xavierespinosa5574 so much anticipation haha
Disembodied Tyrant is Symphonic Progressive Deathcore, so by label they aren't "heavier" than Slaughter, but the tones are sharper comparatively, so that may be what you're thinking of.
Both bands are great at what they seek out to do.
As someone who doesn't know your discography record, another symphonic band that has tones a bit more similar to Slaughter's would be the band "Shadow of Intent". Ben's vocals are so good, and they started with Halo references so a fun theme to start the journey with (their newer stuff is all original theme now, though, I believe)
Edit 2: On your journey through the Death metal subgenres, if you feel you've gotten up to this level and want to see what's next, I recommend the new album King by Immortal Disfigurement. (They're Symph Blackened Death, so a step up from DT's Symph Prog Deathcore)
@@TeckTheBlooded not sure if I'm ready for a step up yet, but might be fun to check it out anyway haha Thanks for the Support and great comment!
