When you asked "are those two different songs?" They'd done three different songs! I think their medley is SO well done! Gorran was EXCELLENT, I think you're hyperfocused on Ren. In actuality, all the band members are incredibly talented.
To hear some of Ren's vocals, Back on 74 /Message in a Bottle Retake is 🔥🔥 and a vibe. The composition is all original, middle section original lyrics and his vocals are perfect.
This is a cool, kind of soulful song. Again it's a mashup. It consists of Back on 74 by the band Jungle, a rap written by Ren, and Message In A Bottle by The Police, all arranged by Ren. It's a good demonstration of his different vocal styles.
War Pigs was actually a mashup of several Sabbath songs. War Pigs, Paranoid,Crazy Train plus a little Rage Agaust the Machine. Gorran Kendall usually does the Rolling Stones vocals cuz of his 70s voice They are a busking=street performing band with a huge following. They would Instagram a notice of when they would play and draw huge crowds. Try their Wade in the Water/Trouble so Hard/Nina Simone for more of Ren's vocals.
The Big Push are fantastic. That’s the only word for it. Ren is not the only vocalist. Gorran and Romaine are amazing too. They work together as a band.
Looking for the right Ren song? Properly sing = Fred Again Mashup Best metal Voice = End of Crutch (deep & dark song) Original Song amazing voice amazing Song = Chalk outlines ft Chinchilla (deep & dark song) Best with The big Push = I shot the Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop An tale you would 100% love = The tale of Jenny and Screetch (13 minute version is a must)
So this is a busking band mostly which means that they go onto the street and put a hat or a guitar case and they play and people walk by put money in it….and as for studio they do have their own studio songs as well sweet little woman oh my woman something I can’t remember exactly some thing my woman, though and they all do take turns singing ) but for Ren on his own with studio, vocals might i suggest Lost All Faith and chalk outlines by with him and CHINCHILLA because those are two where hes really pretty amazing :-)
They were in Brighton in the UK. I disagree with your take on the vocal for Paint It Black. I think he matched the spirit and feel of the original. But to each their own. They have several originals. Precious, Icarus (do with Icarus Behind the Push), Heart Attack, Watch Out, XBox Marijuana, Sweet Little Lady, Swan Song, Dignity, Oh My Woman!, Why My Woman?, It's Alright
Hey Goose. As far as covers go, these really weren't bad. Ren does have a great voice and I would love to hear some more of him singing. I think I listen to too much Black Sabbath, so I prefer the original over the cover. Also, it sounded like they did a medley, combining War Pigs, Paranoid and Crazy Train by Black Sabbath and Killing in the Name by Rage Against the Machine. As it is winter here now, I can't wait for the summer to bring the humid heat we South Africans love 😂
If you're not a Sabbath / Ozzy fan, you wouldn't catch that they did "War Pigs" into "Paranoid", a guitar quote from "Crazy Train" for a few bars, then back to "War Pigs" to close, before treating the crowd to a few bars of RATM after teasing it at the beginning. Gorran has a great voice for the "Paint it Black" cover. Works a treat. The energy for that being last song of the day, was super fun. There are 3 of them in that band who are capable singers. ;)
For more studio videos check out Why My Woman, Precious or Dignity by The Big Push or his Duets with Chinchilla, Chalk Outlines and How To Be Me. But also some good Live one take Ren style Big Push videos check out Englishman In New York and Bongo Bong. And live showing of Rens vocals are The Big Push Wade In The Water/Trouble So Hard/Nina Simone or Ren Duet with Sam Tompkins Earned It/Mans World/Worth It. Also busking isn't a place it is the name for performing live in the street to earn tips.
The Big Push wasn´t Ren with session musicians. The Big Push was nearly five years a Band. And this misunderstanding is the reason, why a reunion will don´t happen. You can put two and two together if you check Gorran Kendalls statements to this cause.
I'm late to this reaction. I've been visiting family in Phoenix, where it is definitely not humid. "Busking" is just a term for a street performance (usually for tips). A large portion of the Big Push's busking videos are covers, because people on the street generally respond better to familiar songs. They do have quite a few originals though, with studio versions. 3 of the band members sing lead vocals in various songs. I'm not sure they will really be your thing, as I wouldn't really call anything they do metal. People will point you toward Crutch by Ren, and it is a great song, but it is mostly a ballad with a small section of distorted vocals. It's definitely not metal. Not that you shouldn't check it out, I just don't want you to go in expecting something that it isn't. Here are a few Big Push original, studio songs with mostly Ren on lead vocals: Sweet Little Lady Watch Out X-Box Marijuana Why My Woman Precious (this one is a ballad) (all of which have videos) All My Heroes When She Goes Mannequin (which don't have videos, just audio)
you would not recognize talent if it hit you in the face, the singing was spot on and suited the song, all the guys in the big push can sing, yeah will give your channel a miss
Live is his real voice 😂😂
But no, they have lots of originals. "Radio," and "It's Alright," and "Precious" and "Watch Out" are some of my favorite originals.
At least 18 with Heart Attack.

Busking is just preforming live on the streets!
The Big Push are fantastic. That’s the only word for it.

I dont agree with you for the song Paint it Black, we love Ren singing but i think Gorrans voice is more suited to it

No it's just a band they recorded music too and did gigs
They have lots of original music too just look on they're channel

For Ren alone do his Fred Again Mashup. Just him and his acoustic guitar.
Hey. Its 41 where i’m at so im melting too!!

I don’t miss the cold there
Subed for much more Ren!
Humid ❤✌
I live in FL and it's in the 90's here all week with storms every day so the humidity makes it feel like it's 105° all week
It’s been awful. Today no storms 🥵
Also, Gorrah sings all of their Stones and Bowie covers, and they DO have some great originals.

yea, you heard a little Rage Against the Machine as well as a mashup of 3 Black Sabbath songs.
What kind of woman is this great vocals studio
Or Dignity which is an og
Or Sweet Little Lady an og acoustic version
A busker is a street performer withopen guitar case for tips. They are all buskers and together a superbusker group

Brighton, UK.
Many musicians use those streets to entertain and earn some money through busking

Sweet Little Lady
Watch Out
X-Box Marijuana
Why My Woman
Precious (this one is a ballad)

All My Heroes
When She Goes
Mannequin

4 different songs if you include riff from Crazy Train
you would not recognize talent if it hit you in the face, the singing was spot on and suited the song, all the guys in the big push can sing, yeah will give your channel a miss
War Pigs overrated?? Umm... No
