I went for a viewing Chris the agent listed on propertyguru few months ago at Tampines. Many people turned up at the viewing because the pictures were vwey well taken. But the real property were a far cry from the how they looked like in the pictures. Chris conducted the viewing like taking tourists through a museum. It was spectacular walk-through but the real state of that 5-room HDB really doesn’t justify price tag of $560k
