Great video! You've demonstrated a new method of bring back old Daisy small frames that have been relegated to the closet because their very specific shot tubes are next to impossible to find . Bravo!
Always entertaining watching you take care of an issue & explaining it in a simple way for us to understand. You said you were rambling on. It's never rambling when you take your time to instruct us. Very enjoyable. Thank you.
I Took a is a 499 abutman. Drill it to 7/16 and tap it the end with the magnet is dril. So the air tube will go Through and you can screw the model 25 or a regular shot tube into it . new style daisy . And the buck 105.
I've never done this before, but looking at the assembly wouldn't it be easier to remove the roll pin from the muzzle end and cut the amount needed off the complete assembly, reassemble and drill a new hole for the pin? Terry C.
Thanks for taking the time to make this video Will any model 25 shot tube work in a Plymouth 120 36 Cub made prior to 1958 ? Do you happen to know about using the adult size gun shot tube and removing the bottle cap and shortening the tube from that end ?
I have a Daisey pump 225. I got it at a garage sale and didn't know the shot barrl tube wasn't in side. where do Ifind the shot tube? I was told since it has a door load on side of the barrel ,it was made in th 1990's.
@@WalnutandSteel As it turns out, it isn't an o-ring at all, but a rubber tube about 1/2" long. I put a standard o-ring in the bottom of the hole and then sanded the tube and put it back on top.
Another great video. I need a shot tube for a number 102 model 36. I would prefer the original if you have one, I would be willing to purchase it. Thank you.🇺🇸🏁
How did you shorten the rattletrap shot tube could you explain how you did that the reason I ask cuz I'm trying to Mare's Leg like you did please let me know if you can I very much appreciate it old George Northern California

Great vid Nibs! Instead of shortening shot tube, I make the bbl. shroud longer with a copper spacer. Your way keeps it looking stock!😋

Not familiar with that model
Do you know where can I find a replacement O-ring for my Daisy model 120 pellet rifle? The one that fits around the pellet at the breech?
I went and checked mine. Looks like a standard rubber o ring to me
@@WalnutandSteel What size is it and where could I get one?

Your way of explaining is superior to others. Make more videos.

I don’t have anything not in use. I would suggest checking with Shane Bruce over at restomoddaisy, pretty sure he will have what you need
I was looking for info. Have you every install a Cobalt super spring and 7/64 air tube in model25 let me know if you have
I haven’t modified a model 25 yet. Its on my list of things to try some day. I believe all those mods should work in the 25 though
Just received my second daisy/Heddon 102 today from eBay,ready to upgrade, appreciate any help.
Hi Marvin. I saw your video. What are you looking to do with that little guy?
How did you shorten the rattletrap shot tube could you explain how you did that the reason I ask cuz I'm trying to Mare's Leg like you did please let me know if you can I very much appreciate it old George Northern California
I didn’t shorten a rattle trap shot tube. I modified a new production model 25 barrel assembly to be the proper length for the 102
@WalnutandSteel ok thank you I saw the video if you don't mind what is your frist name ? My name is George
Its Nibs
Loose the music on your videos, it just makes it harder to hear you.
I have cut it way back to barely audible in all of my more recent videos. Thanks for the input!
