It's great that you're not afraid to be on camera without makeup!! I couldn't even go to the corner shop without it a while back ( I have acne) but now i'm like fuck it who cares. However going to work etc is a different story.

It amazes me so much how you can get on a plane now and laugh and have fun with everyone. It's still something I struggle with soooo much, and seeing you do it, after the struggles you've had, really pushes me to be more positive about it. (though I know you said it wasn't the best flight, you made it through and you had a smile and that's all that matters)

I really admire you for going through your anxiety on plane flights without any form of medication :( I am generally okay with dealing with my panic attacks on home ground, but when I'm on flights, I have to "switch off" because I feel as though there's no escape on a plane, so I take sleeping pills to block out everything that's happening. I really feel like you've helped me be a little more brave traveling without medication (because it can be pretty horrible when I'm toooooo dependent on it). Thank you Zoe :)
