- A long and amazing weekend in Orlando Florida for Playlist Live 2015 where I got to have one of my favourite meet ups ever (even if that included a panic attack afterwards). I had a lot of fun, and I hope that if you attended the meet up, you had fun too :)

Just want you to know that panic attacks are ok; first thing to always remember is that when you feel so anxious, nobody else counts. You just have to concentrate on your breathing and NEVER feel guilty about not being able to do things because of your anxiety. If I ever begin to feel anxious, I do deep breathing right away to avoid getting to the panic attack stage. When you feel anxious, imagine the colour blue when you breathe in and then as you breathe out slowly, imagine the colour black or red seeping out from your feet into the ground and disappearing. Trust me, it sounds crazy but it genuinely does help chick. Advice from a 25 year old experienced anxiety sufferer. The fact that you are holding down a job in the public eye whilst suffering with severe anxiety is a MASSIVE thing. Never forget that xxx

Take care of yourself Zoe, as a viewer as much as it would suck to miss out on meeting and chatting with you I would hate to think you forced yourself though a panic attack to come to a meetup.

I really like this idea for a meetup because it's a comfortable way for people to meet other fans while waiting to meet you! It just seems like a big fun party
The tables are such a cool idea!! I wish I could have gone to playlist :( I was just wondering if the tables were organised like by age or country or something??

Love this vlog! The tables are a great idea, i couldnt imagine having to wait in line for 7 hrs, so tables are a huge improvement. Maybe if you try this again break it into two groups, with 3 hrs each, that way no one is waiting more than three hours and you could have an hour break inbetween!

love the meet up idea! Tip: maybe next time you should do it in shifts, five tables at a time, with brakes for filling them up again in between. This would give you more time to relax and regroup and all of the people there at the meet up could spend the time before and after their shift off enjoying another part of the event. This way no one is sat there for 8hours, and you get your much needed breaks. If i were on your management team I would seriously consider this possibility, I think fans would be up for it!

When it was the bit after her meet up and she was with Emilia, Jim etc it made me really scared for her because I knew that she was going to have a panic attack soon (from Jonathan's vlog) and it's just made me think how hard it is for her because she can't even see it coming... The whole time you were talking about anxiety and feeling trapped I was sitting there going yes Zoe exactly omg yes. I completely understand! Wish I could of been there at your meet up and your setting looked amazing, well done for pulling through the trip even though you got really anxious! I had such a good time at your meet up... excited to be in your Vlog after watching you for a long time, and finally getting to meet you. You make people feel comfortable, especially when someone like myself suffers from anxiety and panic attacks. Having to go to an event like that and being split up into different meet ups with the people or the person you go with can be very hard. I'm older than a lot of people that went but proud that I was able to sit through it and not feel a bit of anxiety. Thanks for being so great!
