Without a doubt..the best channel ever...the effort u you put in these videos and the teaching methods you apply...with all passion, Mr.Dave...Thank you
Great explanation Dave. I stopped my guitar when my teacher passed away a few years ago, I really should get back into it. Thank you for the instruction and inspiration.
@@GuitarZero2Hero Thank you, I didn't know you where a fan. If you ever have any of your own music that would go well with my content, I'd be happy to use it and give you a plug.
You are the first guitar teacher I saw when my mother gave me a guitar for Christmas a couple of years ago and your channel is the first I search when I am looking for a tutorial. I've have improved a lot, since then but I am unable to compose. After watching this I have to give it a try! Thanks for making it easy! 😊
Hi Dave, you are an inspiration! My son got married this week and since he is a musician and his bandmates attended, father to groom speech would not cut it. I had to do it in song. I bought a guitar 3 months ago, learned chords from you and this video of yours helped me create the song along with my lyrics. Every person at the wedding, including my son, his bride and my wife, were in total shock! My son hugged me and thanked me for the amazing "gift". Thank you!!
Hey Michael! This is phenomenal! Thank you for sharing this with me. Congrats to your son and hope your family had an amazing day celebrating :) keep it up!
Hi ...i found your guitar tutorial is so structured and away much easy to follow....I am a beginner in the guitar world...thank you will follow you from now on...:)
Wow! What are the odds? Last weekend I was messing around with a song I was writing and I choose g,cadd9,d, and for the chorus I added and a7sus4 (with capo 4). Guess I was off to a good start. I get a lot of inspiration from oasis and Noel Gallagher's style of playing and love the chords. Thanks for the video
I’m on a musical marathon of songwriting over this summer with a sizable goal in all different genres. Reason being, I have to go back to work next year, charity type where I help others animal and human, which will be all consuming. So because I’m pushing hard to churning out many, I was feeling a drought and needed a fresh pattern tonight. Though I use those chords often, you gave me a new idea. Just got a new tune I really like that doesn’t sound like any of my others or like any other pop tune I can recall. What helped was the capo. Amazing how different a song sounds from key to key, even though most often, the wavelength ratios are relatively the same. Thank you very much for this video. (I subbed). God bless, stay well.
Dave, Thanks for your earnest guitar lessons just don't stop doing what you do best. However, kindly tell me what fingerpicking pattern you used on this video. I would like to learn that. Thanks
HIITHANK YOU IBE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE A SONG ON MY guitar and I literally didn’t know how to do it and I was gonna give up but you guy saved my song thx dude
Dave - Thank you. You are an awesome teacher & have motivated me to spend more time trying to get from zero to hero.. Trying my best to climb the ladder. You have given me a leap & surely boosted my learning techniques.
This video is absolutely useful for m..thanks Dave for this inspiring tutorial..!! Anyway sir can u plss tell me what type of chord should I be ending my song?
No problems! Usually you'd end on the root chord, and that's generally the chord you start your chord progressions with, but not always. Just experiment and see what sounds best to you :)
Can you do a tutorial on the song Someone To You by Banners acoustic version please? It’s a really nice song and I want to learn it with the exact same strumming patterns and the only person I know that can do that is you! Love your work
This is really amazing, I write songs and ever since I've discovered your channel, I've actually been able to play the guitar while singing as well! Thank you so much :)
@@GuitarZero2Hero I know right? I absolutely love everything about music, from listening to my favourite song of the moment to making my own, it's just so liberating and fulfilling at the same time! :)
