Jordan when I first found your Chanel you suggested buying a cash envelope binder off Amazon if the ones in your shop were to much for some people. - I appreciated so much that having your own shop you’d still recommend an option for people on a tight budget. As my finances improved I’ve happily purchased from your shop for nicer products :)
You are so kind, thank you!! ❤❤❤ I do truly appreciate everyone who purchases from my shop (thank you!) but also hope everyone knows there is no pressure to do so and I'm so thankful you are all here on RUclips with me. You don't have to spend a lot of money to enjoy the process of cash budgeting and have cute stuff. =) ❤
I made my own 100 envelope challengeby sealing the envelopes and cutting each in half. Then i "laminated" them by wrapping packing tape around them to make them sturdier. I also use the index cards and small stickers to make fun savings challenges. I put the amount to save by each sticker and just crossed them out when i stuffed the $. I gave my nephew a piece of construction paper and some super hero stickers and he had fun putting a sticker on every time he saved a dollar.
I love how you think of everyone and realize not everyone can start out buying from Etsy. I’m definitely going to pick up weekly planner and those adorable Lama’s!
What a fantastic video! I’ve struggled with the ideas of selling my own cute polished budgeting products and the idea of budgeting and how in teaching others to cash stuff and budget I don’t want to encourage others to buy more than what they need and can maybe afford. I love how you offer a low cost option.
Thank you so much!! And I'm 100% with you, as a business owner who would 1000%%%% prefer to just give everything away, it feels conflicting sometimes. I hope providing other options helps remind everyone there are more options than what's on Etsy and small business shops. ❤
Wow. Thanks for reminding me how simple, affordable and fun cash budgeting can be. I got so excited seeing how creative you are in adding a little flare to things I wouldn't have even thought to decorate! Awesome video and budgeting video! 🥰🥰🥰
That’s very nice of you to do that for folks out there that are struggling as it is but want to feel apart of the community. Everything turned out really cute and got some nice ideas. Thank you for sharing, always up for any video that saves money on something 😉. Have a great day 🌸
I LOVE ALL of your low cost ideas!!! It really helps to get my creative juices flowing & thinking outside the “box” about possibilities we can do with just the items we already have in our home!!! Thanks Jordan!!!
I love this. I also appreciate that even though you have items to sale you provided ways for people to cash stuff who can’t afford your items right now.
When I first started was the 100 envelope and printed out google. When I was done. The envelope went to recycling ♻️ I was like I knew I was going to g to get this forever. When I saw you I when I was going to buy the binder and other things. Kept I love it 🎉🎉🎉
I really liked how you used the products, it was different than how I was expecting but very creative and fun. It nice of you to include new budgeters that can’t afford prepackaged cute. 😊
this is amazing! im definitely going to go to DT to do a 50 envelope challenge! ive never been able to afford a fancy one or a fancy/cute system but have always wanted to do the fun and different challenges! thank you so much for sharing!! ❤❤❤ im due with baby #2 in January so maybe if i start now i will have or done before baby arrives and be able to use the money as a little “stockpile” for diapers and other baby needs! 😊
Jordan I love this video! I have no craft/creative bones in my body. But I have all the appreciation for people that do. Thank you for such incredibly affordable and creative ideas. ❤❤ Keep up your ideas Jordan you have a customer for life.
Another thing that you can definitely use the index cards is to create your own place holders when you want to transfer real larger bills into the bank. As much as I want the decorative and laminated place holders, they can be pricey. Creating your own is much more fun anyway!
I think these things are great. I bought a few binders from Amazon & temu along with the inserts, then found I needed the 6 hole punch etc. I make my own challenges, but honestly I spent a lot more money than I needed to. I did use DT envelopes, I don't like the flaps, so sealed them, wacked off the top 1/2", then put a notch in the centers to make it easy to see and remove the money. I had 1/2" round stickers 1-100, had my grandson help me put them on, he's 7 so placement is kind of random but it was a fun memory. The envelopes are working great so far! I need a planner so will check them out. Love the llamas!
A lot of the plastic containers at dollar tree have motifs on them that can be removed with rubbing alcohol. I do this with the little plastic sandwich holders and water bottle and things like that. I'd try it with that pencil box.
❤New sub❤ great video. When I started used all my scrap paper stuff I had from my scrap booking. Made envelopes and challenges with stickers and stamps. I still have a binder of homemade challenges I still use cuz they are just fun to make. Plus I have so much crap I need to use😂 thanks for the great ideas.
I really appreciate you for this! I'm back down to using regular envelopes for now because I accidentally tossed out my binders when we were moving last month. Thank God I had already emptied them for the move. 😂
I appreciate you showing people that they don't need to spend a lot of money to start out! I actually started by getting some pocketed photo albums for my savings challenges. Then I upgraded later to your binders that I love!
I’m getting ready to add these type of things to my vendor booths as a cheaper item for someone trying to. E thrifty to pick up for less than $10. Great ideas. Curious. What about money tray. I’ve been trying to find a solution for that. One of those makeup pallete organizer
great ideas. I like the 50 envelope challenge idea. Also how do you position your camera, if you don't mind me asking? I can't get the shot right, without just cutting important stuff out and showing my legs. 🤣🤣
lol! I have a camera "arm"! I'd attach a link here but i'm not sure if youtube will block the comment from you. The wording on Amazon for the exact one I use is: "Overhead Tripod Mount for Camera Webcam Ring Light, Flexible Over Head Arm for iPhone with Phone Holder and Ball Head," and it's $19. I basically put the side holding the camera right in front of where my face should be. 🤣 So it's kind of awkward trying to look and work around it at first. But I like the angle to be as if you were there looking down/what my view is. I hope that makes sense!
Jordan you can remove my comment if not allowed. I recently purchased the April budget binder without the month label. Some great ideas for starting out. You shouldn't have to spend money to save money. TFS. ❤
Thank you so much for doing this for those of us that can’t afford the cute binders!! I’m following you now because I saw this video.
I love how you think of everyone and realize not everyone can start out buying from Etsy. I’m definitely going to pick up weekly planner and those adorable Lama’s!

This was very nice of you ❤
Excellent cuz honestly these sellers are getting insane with the prices of the cash envelopes wallets and binders
I love that everything came from Dollar Tree! It's very relatable for someone like myself to be able to purchase.
I bought my 1st binder from you. Glad you show there are other options. 😊
When I first started was the 100 envelope and printed out google. When I was done. The envelope went to recycling ♻️ I was like I knew I was going to g to get this forever. When I saw you I when I was going to buy the binder and other things. Kept I love it 🎉🎉🎉
This was a fun video. It’s nice to see that you don’t have to spend a lot to get started with budgeting.
This is so easy for a first timer. Very doable. Thank you for sharing with visuals.
It's been a long few months. I got a new job and then became ill. Was in the hospital and now started back to work and my car died. Glad you are back.
I love this! thank you

So cute good job!!! ❤
I loved this video. It's even great for a reset of budgeting! I would love to see more from Amazon or Walmart etc. ❤❤❤
This is a good idea! I need to save more. It’s hard with groceries.
Hi Jordan! Is always so good to see your videos pop up! I loved this video and all the ideas you gave! Thank you! Another great video as always! 😊
Jordan I love this video! I have no craft/creative bones in my body. But I have all the appreciation for people that do. Thank you for such incredibly affordable and creative ideas. ❤❤ Keep up your ideas Jordan you have a customer for life.
So another way to make the 50 envelope into a one hundred envelope challenge, would be to seal the envelope and then cut it in half!! Great video!
Great ideas, Jordan! That sticky wallpaper is so cute!
Love your ideas! The process of making it and organizing looks fun just in itself. Thanks for sharing.
Great ideas. I'm low on money and these are up my alley. Yes show other places that have budgeting type items. Enjoyed the video

I started my journey with most of these things too. Great video.
Love the print of the sticker paper!!
I got the cactus clips lol
My budget notebook came from Dollar Tree. I take an Artist's drawing pad and turn into my budget book. Works great. Not expensive.
SUPER CUTE!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT ALL JORDAN!
This is amazing video to use what we are able to afford at this time. Thank you so much!
Super cute ideas!!
Jordan; that was a really great video today 😊!!!
Some great ideas. Thank you. 😀

I like how you explain things, makes it very clear. To save a few more dollars use the calculator app on your phone if it has one. 🙂
Bravo! Well done!!
This was great!❤❤❤❤
Great ideas in this video!!! Hi from Holland
Great video. I use the index cards for my tracking and for my place holders.

💜💜💜
Yes this was great do more alternative nice
Next time cut the rectangles for the pencil box and then use your corner rounder that you use in your shop to make evenly rounded corners.
I appreciate you showing people that they don't need to spend a lot of money to start out! I actually started by getting some pocketed photo albums for my savings challenges. Then I upgraded later to your binders that I love!
Amazon, shein and Aliexpress has really cheap items too😊
😊👍🏻😉🙌💕thanks
What’s the best way to do this if two have access to money? Would u do 2 calendars? To track spending

This would be an easy/cheap system for my teen

You should do a follow up video to help us see how it comes ouy
I would love to join the budget community, it’s so hard though, so many unexpected things just keep continuing come up and I just feel defeated
❤🏴
Because when you show where to start. When they CAN afford it they will come back and buy from how helped them start.
I'm always trying to find a way that works for me
I hope you find what works best for you! ❤❤❤
Jordan you can remove my comment if not allowed. I recently purchased the April budget binder without the month label. Instead of writing on the paper inserts, I use a permanent marker and write on the plastic envelopes then wipe them clean with nail polish remover. Now my budget binder is reusable.
You can seal the envelopes and cut in half and you have 100 envelopes.
I like to use binder clips better than the clothes pins
