What about Snowrunner makes you say that? For me, when I think "what an off-road game should be" something closer to Motorm4x or even Offroad Drive 2011 comes to mind. A multiple offroading disciplines racing & freeroaming events game, with career, unlocking parts, upgrading the vehicle... The Spintires series has always felt more like a demo to me, like the developers said "Ok we got these great car models and mud simulation, how do we make an actual game out of this??" The Spintires technology would be better utilized in one of the job simulators, like Farming Simulator, or a logging simulator, rather than what they made of it imo
Spintires is my fav offroafing game of all time I even play all the old versions because I am reliving my 6 year old me memories of having fun in the game

You should’ve added off-road outlaws, is for mobile only, but in my opinion is so so complete, i think has better physics than the pure rock crawling to put in the video. 👍🏽

Why does Pure Rock Crawling (2018) look like a game from 2012? Without damagable enviroment (you just drive through vegetation) and really generic texture of ground? Not sure it's much evolution from spintires (2014) and mudrunner (2017).

Yes, its only in Alpha, but it has been highly playable for years, and is better than all of there when it comes to car and physics simulation as well as car tuning. They only point it's beaten on is terrain simulation, and here only the spintires/runner series is better. Search up some "BeamNG rockcrawling" videos and you'll see...
It's apparent that you haven't even played Snowrunner. If anything, the previous entries in the series were casual. No time limits, no cost to do anything, no penalty for mistakes other than time lost. Snowrunner adds a cost to almost everything besides fuel and recover to garage. You also have to unlock the best vehicles by completing missions, exploring, leveling up, or buying them with the in game currency. Hardly casual when you look at the requirements to progress in the game.
I've been looking for motorm4x for fucking YEARS amd cannot find even a sliver of its existence anywhere but like 3 videos on the internet, and a faint memory of MotorM4x "on skid row" on the Acer game store as a demo. It drives me up the wall that I cant find an NTSC copy of it
