I picked this up about 4 days ago when my skin was very tight and itchy and burning. I think I overdid it with the exfoliation. This stuff healed my skin in 3 days using it in my AM & PM routine. My skin is calmed now. I think I’m gonna keep this a holy grail for whenever my skin needs healing and throughout this winter. I’ve tried the Kate Somerville delikate recovery serum and is wasn’t nearly as good as this one. And for the price point, this is amazing!
@@swetapatel7279I only wash my face in the evening when I shower. In the evening I apply tretinoin / any serums and actives and in the morning I just add a moisturizer with SPF on top. I started Tretinoin a few weeks ago and got very irritated. After putting this calming serum on top of Tretinoin my skin calmed down within a couple of days. It's great. I only use it at night though because it adds a tiny bit of that pink hue to skin.

do not add unnncessary products to your skincare routine. it is a waste of money and prolongs your routine. the more you layer, the less effective the last thing you put on top is. if you do not have a damaged skin barrier, it is unnecessary
Love love love this product on my second or third bottle cause I lost count. I use it every night after cleansing my skin. Just a few drops spread across my neck, cheeks and forehead then my nighttime moisturizer and I am done. As to the price here in the states it is $17 dollars which is nothing in the realm of skincare.

Well 1 thing I can say is...all the skin professionals will say 2 battle hyperpigmentation sunscreen is a must! Also vit C breaks down when sun hits it so u need sunscreen 4 it to work if using in the day! So add sunscreen if u don't have 1!

What does one do when one loves to swim salt water and do cold water dips followed by sauna and back again into ice water to finish off. I use vaseline on my face and often put conditioner in my hair before I swim, ice bath and sauna. Any ideas for an active lady of 73. Right now no big problems but chap lips this winter as minus degrees here in denmark. I use ordinary products mainly and cerve moisture cream and La Roche Posey sunprotection but sometimes I find sun screen burns my skin .

I came across this product in ulta back when it first came out & figured I'd try it. Between it & the other skincare I've added in my skin is looking better than it ever has. After watching this I see that my barrier was apparently messed up. Lol. Tbh, I just thought I was someone sensitive to certain products. Lol.

I kind of used too much tretinoin and now my skin is dry and flaky. What can I use to reverse this damage?
I experience this especially for winter. I use cerave ointment on top of my moisturizer but still flaky.

@@Amani_Rose I use sheet mask too but didn’t help much 😓 I need to stop using colorscience sunscreen because it makes my face more like a desert. I like colorscience (I have flex and original) but I need to use other sunscreen from Japan now because of dry and flaky.
