    Looks so like the Hunsletts they already have, but wi o/s valve gear and stuff. And a tad shinier . . .

      Yeah they are quite similar aren't they. I've not seen a Hunslett running yet so I need to time a visit for when one is running the line

    I remember when Victor and Vulcan were THE steam motive power at Minehead. Strong, efficient for steam, easier to prep than an Austerity, but "lively" at speed!

      Victor is certainly a cool loco and it does seem like a powerful one too. Haha I like that, 'lively' at speed, definitely a loco with character then

    Made for Port Talbot Steelworks. A place that is going to be shut down forever. Only these locos survive.

      Yeah it is a shame that all these UK industries are being closed down. We had so much that we produced but now it is all being imported in. It is good that these locos are kept running though. I think it will be a sad day if we ever fully let go of steam locos and our railways in general
