Never heard of it before, but I'm hooked. It seems to have a great vibe and it has a touch of Zelda the wind waker.
I cannot recommend this game enough as someone who has platinum’d it on PS5 - please play it!

This was such a cute game on PS5 and a rather enjoyable open-world one with some FANTASTIC music. I got it on PS+ last year, so it'd be nice to own it on Switch maybe, depending on how competent the port is!
People call it chill and cute, so what does the Violence and Blood and Gore in the rating mean? Are they overstated, like Drug Use seems to be for Rebel Transmute?
@@NuiYabuko There are a few moments that are sort of tonal whiplash in the story regarding a chicken and a certain character's hand. (Those two are unrelated to each other in the story, but yeah! The first is played for humor, but was a bit weird to me tonally!)
@@SuperPhillipPlays Is that the only instance? Because the game overall looks cute, but when I saw the rating I thought it's one of those games that looks cute and wholesome on the surface but isn't actually that.

@@NuiYabuko I'm trying to be somewhat vague as to not spoil the story overtly for anyone, but the main villain eats children/babies, which isn't so wholesome decidedly. 😅 I would have trouble recommending this game if one wants a wholly wholesome vibe, of course, because there are some potentially disturbing elements, like the aforementioned villain and a scene with a chicken running around with its head cut off with small amounts of blood squirting out of the cut, done for humor. (The in-game context makes the humor aspect make more sense and isn't as malicious as it sounds.)
@@SuperPhillipPlays It's like all over the place, it seems. It doesn't help that there doesn't seem to be a sign of any of that in the trailer. Do they actually show the villain doing that or is it just implied? O_o

Because there are people who think that the game is woke because the main character is a black girl and there is a lot of diversity when that is not the case, the game is not woke (well that I hate wokism). The game represents the population of New Caledonia which is an overseas territory in France and part of the population has dark skin. Anyone who thinks the game is woke, you're either a complete idiot or you're just a racist or both.
Loved this game since the game awards but I’m not a PlayStation person. I’m very excited for it to come to switch :)

I always imagined this game would never come to Switch, it's a good game on other platforms. I know that the studio is practically Indie and made this game with a lot of love, but I still don't like this feeling of receiving the game only 1 year later. 😑

I love my switch, but some of the games that have been put on there shouldn't be allowed, with how poorly they run, especially fpr games that come at such a high price point vs other platforms that run them better. Having played Kena, I doubt very much it would run well on switch.

I tried it on PS plus. It was quite janky in places and alot of the gameplay didn't feel good to me. Still I hope others enjoy.

FR: MDR tous ces dislike, vous pensiez vraiment que le jeu est un jeu crée par les wokes de la bien-pensante parce que le personnage principal est une fille noire et il y a beaucoup de diversité, vous avez tort, le jeu n'est pas woke comment je le sais, car j'ai joué au jeu (bon un peu woke, mais c'est très léger malgré tout bien que je déteste le wokisme.). Le jeu représente la population de la Nouvelle-Calédonie qui est un territoire outre-mer en France et une partie de la population est mate de peau. Ceux qui pensent que le jeu est woke, c'est soit vous êtes complètement idiot, soit que vous n'avez pas jouer au jeu ou alors vous êtes juste un raciste ou les trois en même temps.
