I love buckin Billy's channelnits good interesting and relaxing, I actually have watched his channel for years and I only found this channel randomly the other day and the content has been great.
HEY TIM 👋 IM OVER HERE FROM BUCKINS CHANNEL I AM A FELLOW AXE MAN I LOVE THE WOOD BULLET RENDERING AT THE END OF THIS VIDEO IT REMINDS ME OF A JERSEY PATERN OR ROCKAWAY. YOU MAKE BEAUTIFUL TOOLS FRIEND! MUCH LOVE 💘
Wow!! That’s a monster!!! And who needs a power hammer, just get yourself a Martin!!! Haha!! Amd Buckin dose have a fantastic channel!!! It’s probably an honor for both of you!!!🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Just found this. LOVE IT! Sort of a "missing link," having Buckin' referring to someone working on this for him. For me, Buckin' is sort of another original Star Trek -- seen every episode about 30 times already and, when I need to relax out on the road, strange town, I'll pour a drink and turn on anything Buckin', no matter how many times I might have seen that particular show.
Great work 👍 Seen your work with this Bullet Axe and now I'm over here, liked and subscribed. Can't wait to see the finished product, it's going to be deadly 🪓
Great to see this collaboration Tim, amazing work on those axe heads and awesome effort on getting that tooling refined in such a short space of time, hats off to you and Marten 👍
I love that you're researching the geometry of a great axe. It's all well and good to have a cool looking axe but function will always win over fashion. Nice job T. Martin, you're a machine, throwing that sledge.
Martin reminds me of Mr. Smith from The Matrix as he inhumanly strikes the drift with precision. You really have the content humming along Tim. Love my gravity intensifying bottle opener. ✌
I suspected this collab was imminent! Super excited to see what grows! I've watched all of your videos over the last few weeks since I discovered them. Love your work, your positive attitude and demeanor, and your videos, Tim!
Buckin told me you were a hard working family man and loved the iron and steel. I’m all in. I make hand forged and custom knives for the sportsman so I will fit right in. Keep forging on.
Awesome collaboration video. Jumped over to check out Buckin's channel as well. Cool to see both videos about this new project. Looking forward to seeing the finished ax. Looks like a great design! Super content as always.
Wow that's a pretty cool experience Tim. Axe turned out very beautiful and hopefully bickin Billy gets great use out of it my friend. Great job and great video as always. Can't wait to see more videos to see what u forge up next. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work Tim. Fab on. Weld on. Forge on. Keep making. God bless.
Hello from the smoky Okanagan, have wandered over from Buckin's channel. I'm older than Buckin by a few years and always had split with a maul until watching him play with different axes. So I started picking up axes at flea markets to see what I could learn. Found a few old double bit axes and kept two - a Sager and a Walters. Here's the funny thing, one side of the Walters splits way, way better than the others, so Buckin isn't wrong to pay close attention to the edge geometry. All the best.
This great: Billy is top drawer: love the man and will meet him one day…in the meantime I’ll bump into you out in Abby! Beautiful work Tim..quickly joined your channel! 🔥😀
Wood Bullet?? I was thinking.. but now I get it. It looks like a .50 cal from the top and .45 from the side. 2StrokeStuffing first introduced me to Buckin, Awesome to see you guys collaborating!
Man! How much? What awesome craftsmanship! If your expensive I'll save up! Your well worth every penny! I have only one request blacksmith mark and name were and axe # your making history and don't realize! Generations after me they will still be using your axes remover that! Awesome video! Here because of buckin! !!!!!! I wish I could meet the man!!!! Lucky!!!
If you just set a pickle fork on the top... and when you're trying to pull out, it will be tight against your fork, and just one tap with a hammer and it all falls apart. Maybe you don't even need a hammer, and maybe just a pry motion with the fork will pull it loose, especially if it has a long handle. Just a thought.
Tim, Go over and set up in Buckin's building. If property is available be creative with financing and invest in yourself, your family, your help and Buckin's future to show respect. Respect is a pure power generator, take action now. It's all part of Estate Planning & Wealth Management!!! You have to find someone who knows Canadian Tax Law and accounting to run and write of business expenses. If I can help, just let me know. I have a very ,very close Wealth Manager friend that will share some things to consider for Estate Planning. God Bless you.
TIM please tell me your gonna make BUCKIN a titanium bullet imagine how he could swing it then would be the most awsome video thanks for the best content TIM!!!!!!!!!!
I would love to see you put a steak or a big bone in the machine that you use to put the holes in the axes. Yes it is powerful to punch a hole in steel but what will a bone look like afterwards.
Considering he'd swear up and down that axe he's got sharpened clear down to the eye is a "lazer" and the "best splitter ever" and "the guy getting this is so lucky", you could probably just sharpen a chunk of broken cast and nail it to a stick and satisfy him.
Tim I am a newer smith (started about a year ago) I live in Ontario now but I'm from Vancouver Island and would like to know where you managed to get the 1926 train rail from the CP rail line on the island. would love to get some as well. I'm in the big FB group hit me up there

I love shop languages. Everyone has diffrent vocalization sounds, words and body language that don't make sense anywhere else but that specific shop.
I love Buckin, been watchin him for quite a while, and he is a firewood splitting machine! That axe is a beast, may have to get one myself.
Is that a little sledge hammer, or is Martin that huge..?
Of all the youtube channels I can say 100% Buckin is the kindest guy on youtube. He's the kind of guy you want as a neighbor.
Great to see this collaboration Tim, amazing work on those axe heads and awesome effort on getting that tooling refined in such a short space of time, hats off to you and Marten 👍
Billy is a Buckin' great guy... Love his stuff !

Wow! I've been watching your videos for a bit now and had no idea that you were west coast Canada. Go harbour air.
Buckin send me here. Subbed!
Welcome!!
Ohh that's a dandy!
Love it. Will you be creating these for sale to the likes of me?
Considering he'd swear up and down that axe he's got sharpened clear down to the eye is a "lazer" and the "best splitter ever" and "the guy getting this is so lucky", you could probably just sharpen a chunk of broken cast and nail it to a stick and satisfy him.
Martin needs a bigger sledge hammer.
Time to forge one?
Maybe make a fork that you can slide into the upsetter above the billet to release it from the drift?
Tim I am a newer smith (started about a year ago) I live in Ontario now but I'm from Vancouver Island and would like to know where you managed to get the 1926 train rail from the CP rail line on the island. would love to get some as well. I'm in the big FB group hit me up there
At 12:45 you cut off loads of material. What do you do with all that waste?
What's going on buddy new subscriber here from buckins channel. How would a man go about buying one of these from you?

Buckin basically wants a Maine wedge profile:
Why do you bother with power hammer when you have a Martin in your workshop.
👍👍👍
Imma thunkin I hurd a swear
